阿恩威酒店-限成人(Ahnvee Resort - Adults Only)

A la llegada al hotel , envontre el lugar en un deterioro inexplicable, paearecia una pelicula de terror. Sucio y con escbros , la habitacion con las luces palpitantes y las luces deesa de noche nomprendian , los pisos crujían. Decidimos no quedarmos pues hasta miedo nos dio. Todo horrible y como su politica es no rebolso , perdi el dinero para reservas de hoteles no vuelvo a usar ******* ni lo voy a recwndar Muy desagradable

Muy sucio, muchas cosas sin servir en la habitación como luces, regaderas y tv. Servicios de alimentos solo en la mañana. Se anuncian en Puerto Plata, pero realmente está en Susúa

Just horrible from dirty rooms, dirty sheets, the grounds are run down, my room safe didn't have a key so I couldn't use it, the window lock was broke which left my room unsecured, there was dead bugs in the room, I pre-order a pin house and my room was giving away before I got there, security is no where to be found on property at night and locals are free to roam the property at night. I was supposed to stay a week, but I chose to leave on the second day, and both desk receptionists denied giving me my check out paperwork, which is needed for a refund if you booked 3rd party. I requested a supervisor and was denied that, and this is during business hours. I am a frequent traveler of the world, and this is the worst hotel experience that I have ever experienced. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I saw all the recent bad reviews online and by travel content creators. Also, another clue when I got there was that the place was nearly completely empty.

Pics are not current. May have been a nice place when first built, but is run down now & they do not do up keep on it. Pools in rooms are nasty & dirty, not filtered like a normal pool, so scum & muck in water. Very dark inside, not brightly lit up like in photos. Just horrible.

When I booked the trip, I had no idea how terrible this place was. The sheets were dirty, along with the whole room. There was a pool in the room, which was also dirty. Also the place is dated, and very run down. I would advise anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Sosua to pass this place up, you can think me later!

Awful eaten by insects all night disgusting and dirty rather be in jail horrible all the way the adults only side of it stinks too.filthy place made a mistake booking it.Totaliy unsanitary shower is dirty they left me no towels horrible is not the word

This hotel has so much potential but its a dump. The rooms are huge but the bedding, towels and furniture is sub par. The rooms are not very clean and kind of grimy. Its ok for the price but its not nice

I had a quick stay because my flight was cancelled due to the hurricane. Im actually writing this review in thevtaxi on my way to catch a new flight out of SDQ. They hooked me up with a great rate on a one way airport transfer. I found this spot on ******* and I think I just found my new favorite duck off! The place was clean, had a couple restaurants, and had pretty good music playing by the pool. But thats not what sealed the deal for me. I came in around 5pm and decided to check out the pool bar because there was a crowd gathered around the TV wall. I met a couple good dudes from Cali who had been there for a week and put me on to the nightlife game. I usually stay in Puerta Plata so i had no idea this city had such a lively nightlife. Then, it hit me, I saw this pretty young lady walk up to the bar and get a drink, then sit down and eat at the table behind us withbher friends. I asked my new found OG if he knew her and to my surprise, he said yes! This chick was a profesional dancer in the Gentlemans club onsite! This just took the cake for me. Fast forward to around 11:30pm after a power nap, they have a Gentlemans Club called KOD that serves food and shows the games all night until 3am. The girls are all so cool in there. I had a great time. Not alot of people in there, just about 15 to 20 of us, but all the girls knew how to keep us entertained. The Good - staff, room size, food, entertainment The Bad - i wasnt there long enough to see anything bad

Lots of maintenance issues, loud (couldn’t sleep) no hot water, broken AC, plumbing leaks, terrible service. They also promised to reimburse 2nights stay and it’s been over a month, no word from them. Horrible experience.
