La réception ma refusé au premier coup ma réservation, et ils m'ont dit que l'hôtel est complet alors que j'ai ma réservation, la chambre n'est pas vu sur Mer alors que j'ai bien réservé vu sur Mer. L'hôtel est propre le personnels sont sympa

Beautiful hotel really enjoyed my stay right in the beach front with palm trees and lovely sea view room with the staff being friendly and polite. It is a smaller hotel but it is just as nice as any other hotel with enjoyable food and I will be returning.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this hotel. The staff are really friendly, beautiful sea views from the balcony, Hotel room is cleaned everyday, I think people are expecting 5 stars on a budget who complain. Nothing to do in the evenings around this area, if you're European mind. Taxis are cheap enough to go to the centre of Sousse though

My wife and I lucked out with our room. We had very hot water with a good flow and a terrace. There was an inadequate air conditioner. Other families didn’t have one or more of them. The bar was manned by an amazingly knowledgeable and helpful young man. His service standard was next level. The hotel should do its best to keep him. The dining room was small and hygiene was poor. The table cloths were filthy and nothing was done to change them. Evening meals ranged from imaginative to really ordinary over the two nights were were there. Breakfast was a waste of time.

En pleine canicule, la clim qui marche que de 18h à 6h00 du matin(seul hôtel de Sousse à faire ça, et en plus l'air c'est limite un ventilateur, le petit déjeuner est vraiment horrible,mauvaise odeur dans les chambres, hygiène très mauvaise le personnel est serviable mais on peut pas faire pire hôtel... Parking autour dégueulasse, plage dégueulasse, jamais c'est 3 étoile cet hôtel, même pas 1.

Nous recommandons vivement cette hôtel : très bien situé, très joli, propre, une piscine extérieur magnifique, un bar restaurant panoramique avec vue sur la mère. Les chambres sont confortables et très jolie. Personnel très souriant, accueillant et très arrangeant. Nuitée très agréable.
