王國旅館(The Kingdom, Havelock)

Amazing food, beach nearby and the location being perfect aptly describe the trip in this resort. Very close to the ferry point and the nearby market, one can easily hire 2 wheelers and get their fuel filled in the nearby petrol pump aswell, near the only wine and shop in the Island.

I have been to Havelock several times but this was the first time I stayed at this property. It is a massive structure with huge outdoor pool and the staff is well behaved. The best part is the location, which is quite convenient for shopping or eating out or going for a dive. The surroundings are well maintained, I enjoyed here.

Perfect stay with perfect people. Met a family from the same native as ours and we all enjoyed at the swimming pool and the outside area of the property spending quality time together.Lovely location. The rooms are spacious. The wooden facade and the rooms made of premium wood with the interior having wooden concept is the best part. The location is perfect and there are good dining options nearby with Scuba & Snorkeling just opposite to the resort. Overall highly reccomended.

It was a memorable trip and their beach side property is very good. They have a beach right in front of these structures and the best thing is all these structures are independent unlike other properties. It is a tiny villa basically which is on the beach which is very good. The staff is courteous and the ambience is very clean and green. Feels very close to nature.

As this is a honest review. I want to tell all the qualities/disqualities of this hotel from my recent stay. The Hotel was in a good location and had a nice pool. But the facilities in my opinion was not at all satisfied at the rate of 5k. There restaurant was not operational and also there intercom was also not working, so we had to call from our mobile at the reception They were not having enough power backup so they would turn off the A/c and in their room without A/C was horrible in the temperature of 30degrees. The staff was good and the reception was very helpful. So I don't think this is a good hotel for tourist coming to Havelock. They can get a bit cheaper hotel with more facilities. And about their pool, I think ***y people including me were not interested to go to the pool because it wasn't cleaned for ***y days. Even for food we had to go to the nearby restaurants. And if you are planning a stay at this hotel, do visit the Badwal's Punjabi Kitchen which is just 700mtrs away from the hotel, which offer delicious cuisines in my opinion.

It was a great experience. Hired a 2 wheeler and went to Kalapathar and Radhanagar Beach through the forest riding a scooter. Also the diving experience was great here arranged by the hotel team. The clear waters with underwater life in Havelock at the Nemo beach opposite to this property is one of the best one can witness.

It's truely a waste hotel. I had booked a cottage for 2 days...1st day post checkin I got a shocker...no electricity...***ager said power will come after 2hrs..later in the afternoon no AC...evening ***ager said that they cannot provide electricity tomorrow so I better check out and find another hotel. Imagine @7:30pm Im roaming in Govindnagar looking for a hotel. Staff behaviour was very bad and annoying. Electricity is a problem in the island however other hotels provide complete backup with DG. They have neither given me any liWith some research came to know that once this hotel was very famous however now is among the worst. Please dnt spoil ur vacation..It is not cheap and there are ***y other in the same area which are priced better

Dont go by Looks.. One of the Horrible, Worst Resort on the Island . Don’t go even if offered FREE. Though the property may be Good Looking (from outside) and on the main road. But once you enter you are trapped and fleeced. It’s just a modified Lodge. I had booked Sea facing cottage (double storeyed) It was just better than a hut, though without any sea view. The area around was poorly ***aged. Totally unkept. Roads were all broken, tall grass, weirdly grown hedges and uncut (looked like a haunted place) and the lights not working. Toilet in the cottage was broken ( I wished to change the room and found toilets in each cottage was broken) The main door would not close and locks were broken. To add to that AC and TV was not working ( Was promised to get it going till evening, however not done) The reason given was that the cottages are for Foreigners and they like it this way. (What silly reason) Finally I had to shift to main building room. However, miseries continue. There in No Wi-Fi, no generator If the light goes there is no back up. (Though they claim on site) No Restaurant (claim onsite). The food/breakfast is brought from next door RamKrishna hotel. Pool is just OK (road facing, so not conducive for ladies and girls). The staff is rude to the extent of saying “we cant do, do whatever you want, you want to leave, then leave”.. Please stay away from the resort. Don’t even have a foto of the place
