Poorly maintained and lacks hygiene. Wi-Fi wasn’t working and nothing was done despite complaints. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Electric socket short circuited and caught fire when Kettle was plugged. Was immediately repaired though. Unprofessional Reception staff. Restaurant was okay but unreasonably expensive. Senior Steward’s service and Operation ***ager was the only saving grace.

Great rooms with amazing in room pool and the room has a direct access to the main pool. The staff are really helpful. The Hotel is situated at a walking distance to the Jetty which makes it quite helpful for first timers. Had a lovely stay in Dec 2019

We were celebrating our Anniversary there and they made it just worst even after paying an heft amount of charges. Everything is overpriced here u don’t get value for your money. I ordered veg food instead they gave me non veg…..🫣🫣Really disappointing experience at the hotel. At the time of check out no body came to help us with our baggage

The most disastrous experience of our entire trip. A memory we'd like to forget as soon as possible. The Chef and the owners must be prisoned in the Cellular Jail for running terrible food & below average Gazebo setups. We ordered their 3 course meal and it turned out terribly 👎 bad... We left in 15mins of eating but waited overall 2 hours.. 1.45 hours was time taken to prepare the worse meal ever... the staff realised this and were very sorry abt it but little could they do.. 7000rs went down the drain.. Will not forget nor forgive the Chef, Plz DONOT go or fall for their candle light dinner trap... Please ask your Chef to quit making food... it is a crime, a disservice to mother nature & hu***beings...

It's a gimick.. None of the facilities are upto the mark. Issues we faced 1. Didn't change the towels with the bed rolls despite a 2 day stay. 2. The breakfast is late. They have kept a check in time of 12 pm and check out time of 8 am.. The ferry also leaves at 8.. But breakfast timing s are from 7.30am which is so planned that the guest miss the breakfast. We couldn't have breakfast on the second day of out stay. The hotels I stayed in earlier were serving breakfast from 6.30am as it is pretty bright by 6.00 am. 3. The dinning area is small... cannot accommodate all the guests during breakfast. You would most likely end up standing sharing a table with other guests or waiting to get a table. 4. The breakfast items finish quickly and it takes time for them to replace them. 5. The couples candle light dinner is again a gimmick. The service there is really slow despite selecting the dishes prior. And since they have a DJ party going at the side the harsh DJ music really spoils the calm mood of a candle light dinner. And there is no privacy. And there are stray dogs at the candle light dinner site. 6. The wine is overpriced. And they have a lot of hidden charges, Rs 1649 on the brocher and final bill of Rs 2400. And we didn't select the wine.

We had stayed for 2N. Location is very close to jetty, walkable distance. Has fantastic swimming pool passing through all the rooms, evening nice place to chill with music and rain shower, cleaning of pool is required. Deluxe rooms have direct access to swimming pool, however we had taken premium room, as the pool is common to all rooms, we thought of saving 2k per night 😉 and rather enjoy the saving on food outside. Has 2 wheeler facility just outside the hotel. Room and bed size is decent can accomodate 3 comfortably. we were 2 Adult and 1 child 10 yrs old. Breakast Buffet is basic, dn't expect wide spread. Dinner was a bad experience, poor taste and overprice. Had ordered fish curry, portion was too less and more bones than pieces of fish, even the grill fish was overprice. Would not recommend Restaurant at all, there are ***y other options for food outside. Only because of restaurant, I am giving 3 star otherwise it is nice place and highly recommend to stay.

They charged 4500 rs for a candle light dinner which did not happen on a beachside but in a room. Horrible experience and very expensive hotel. Food was high priced, no support from staff, hoe they im.prove and stop cheating people
