The automatic door closer on the entrance to all the rooms are set to high so each door slams shut behind you. The noise of that from each door closing shut on the floor could be heard in my room all evening. The hallway floors are vinyl rather than carpet so there is nothing to dampen the sound. Get a door contractor in to slow the latch speed down. It's like sleeping at a shooting range!

Bad as air booked in **********mand wanted a deluxe suite with a king bed and ended up with a suite with 2 queen beds and I was charged for king suite. I was charged $466 plus $50 spit was a poor experience as ********** has never messed up a reservation before so I think the country in staff was incompetent.

We we well aware at the time of our stay that the place was being renovated. But the does not excuse the fact that room was dirty, the curtains having burn holes and the furniture and carpeting having stains. This room was not worth the $270 per night fee. We have stayed here at least twice a year for the past 6 years. It is a shame that the hotel management has allowed this property to get like this.

Very poorly maintained, neglected throughout. Cigarette burns in the carpet, rusty noisy hinges, scuff marks all over most walls. Not worth half of what they charged. Staff was fine, it was clean, and smelled nice, but very poor overall.

Good basic clean room, the usual breakfast, but set apart for me by the great front desk staff guy who went out of his way to accomodate my request for a quiet room, away from elevators etc as well as as far as possible from the noise of I95 which is not far from the back of the place.

The whole hotel has been remodeled over past couple of years. Place smells new!

The hotel owner save a lot with paper (room key cover) and bathroom towels. Which is good but it doesn’t look professional compare I paid $170 for a night. Also there is missing a Ventilator cover in the bathroom.
