阿什蘭里士滿北部斯利普套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Ashland - Richmond North)

We spent two nights, 3/1-2/2024. Breakfast selection was ok, have had better. The most upset part is, our room did not have a fridge, we traveled as a family so that is inconvenient without a fridge. When my husband asked the girl at the front desk, she said they will bring us one the next day. That didn’t happened. Second is the pool, it is not heated. Went to told the same girl at the front desk, all she said was they are waiting for it to be fixed. I wish they had a sign to put up. I asked is there a manager on duty, she said he does not come often….. I have never stayed at a hotel, seeing a receptionist left the counter and sit on the sofa and on her phone. My two nights stay I seen her do that more than twice. That make me wonder, is it really hard to hire people nowadays, try the older lady who work at the convenience store by the gas station.

We have stayed there previously when it was the Sleep Inn. It’s been renovated and very up to date and fresh. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. I would recommend

AC wasn’t cold, it was set on 61 and it felt like 75 temp never changed through out the night. Also the fridge didn’t work, so all snacks/drinks I bought for my kids wrestling tournament the next day and our leftover dinner went to waste. It was also into that there was no bath tub , only a shower

Water leak in bathroom, room could use updating. The property was going through a transition from sleep inn to comfort inn. A bit hard to find since we were looking for sleep inn but is now called comfort inn.

Just stayed one night with my kids. Beds were very comfy and we slept great. Breakfast was good too.

The woman who checked us in was extra friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome. The room was modern and stylish and was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel looks to be recently renovated. I’m a contractor so I pick everything apart but was pleasantly surprised by how well it looked. The curbless showers were a nice surprise. I mostly remodel bathrooms so that’s always the first thing that I look at in hotels and this was done pretty well. Great rates too!

Everything was excellent t except there was a lot of noise in the hallway, which may have been because we were located close to the breakfast area, but apart from that, it was a very enjoyable experience

The Sleep Inn proved to be a hidden Gem! Past reviews spoke of construction so we were hesitant, but they have completed that and the upgrades are perfect. We were greeted by "Brenna" who shared info on our dining at The Sports Page (which was also excellent) The Breakfast Buffet was clean, fresh, and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again!
