Check-in on Monday was OK. When we got to the room we found that the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was empty and the coffee maker was missing a part. I mentioned this to the front desk the following morning and she pulled a part out of a drawer for the coffee maker and assured me the soap would be taken care of. When we returned to the room on Tuesday evening we found the room unmade and the soap dispenser still empty. I went downstairs to get fresh towels, mention the soap, and ask about the service. I was assured ("I'll leave a note.") that the room would be cleaned tomorrow, and given a dispenser of soap for the shower. On Wednesday when we returned to the room we found the room still unmade. I went back downstairs for towels and reported that the room was not made-up as promised. I was assured again ("I'll leave another note.") that the room would be cleaned. To skip to the end, we checked-out on Saturday our room had never been made-up and we were in danger of running out of TP. Breakfast, with the exception of individually wrapped quiches (which were quite good) and the very pleasant breakfast attendant, was underwhelming. Kids running up and down the hall at 10pm added to the aggravation. If the parents don't have the sense to manage their kids, it is incumbent on the hotel staff to ensure the comfort of their other guests.

We were told when we came that they are overbooked/oversold! And they have no rooms left?!! We arrived late in the evening and the last thing we expected that a reservation made in advanced and paid for but NO ROOM AVAILABLE WE ARE OVERBOOKED. That was terrible and unacceptable. I’ve never had any experience like that. The hotel blames it on ******* and *******! We have not received any communication from the hotel or *******. This is not acceptable at all and some one had to taken responsibility for the and make corrective action. I would appreciate a reply with an explanation how this happened and who’s responsible for this situation!

When we came to check in at 6:00 there was no one at the desk, no visible sign that there was anyone around or a way to get in touch. I tried downloading the self check in app. About 5 minutes after standing there someone showed up but was very curt. Muttered one word answers to questions, didn’t give us any information except where elevators were. Other customers had similar experience. Room was fine except had a musty/moldy smell. After the concert we came back pretty late, almost midnight, and there were two front desk workers (one was training). They were nice and cheery. I believe one was a manager. For paying well over double what we normally pay to stay this was very, very disappointing and I’d think twice about staying at future Marriott’s for this reason. We’ve stayed and several before but I don’t think it’s worth the cost.

Decent area. Wish was closer to restaurants/bars/etc so you could walk. Was not a college FB home game weekend, otherwise probably would have been busier. Still a nice a hotel if you can drive to wherever you need to get to

We loved this hotel. The suite we had was reasonably priced and ample with space for our family of five.

Had to call the front desk on three different issues with the room. They were responsive. But it was as if the room wasn't ready for our arrival.

The hotel is super clean, the staff were AMAZING- truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.

Breakfast was until 10am and at 8:15 they had no milk, no water, some warm juice, coffee cups with lids that didn’t fit the cups everywhere and every table was dirty. 1 of the hot plates had a few dried up brown scrambled eggs burnt to the bottom, 1 hot plate full or gross water, not sure what was supposed to be in there? And one hot plate had curled browned dried up ham. There was 3 pieces of what looked like cinnamon bread. I asked the front desk about it and someone came over and looked around and then left. By 9:15 they started putting breakfast away. So basically we got no breakfast and even if we did, it was too dirty to eat anywhere

Everything was excellent with the exception of breakfast there were milks that had gone sour and the juices were all out. Even still the rest of breakfast tasted good and was good.
