Where to start! The hotel systems were down when I checked in and so there was a long wait and only 1 staff member on the desk. There was no body lotion supplied. The cupboard didn't have an area to hand pants or a long dress. The hairdryer was terrible. Only 3x coffee pods supplied for 2 people. The only way to get to the in room dining menu was to download the Rydges app, however they haven't updated the Android app so I had no way of seeing a menu. I tried at 9.50pm to call in-oom dining but there was no answer so then I tried reception but noone answered that number either. On the last day we had hoped to have lunch by the pool but we were advised we'd have to go down to the ground floor to order, wait and bring it back up to the pool level ourselves. Not what I'd expect at all for a hotel that charged as much as they did for a King Suite.
