Place is amazing and comforting! Contactless check-in and out was quick and efficient. Will definitely book this hotel for future vacation plans.

Great room! It was one of the updated rooms on the bottom. No complaints at all.

The beds & pillows were wonderful. Great sleeping. Shower not so great, tub surround needed replaced & water almost impossible to regulate a comfortable temperature. Were redoing the parking areas so access was not the best. Heard that new owners are redoing rooms, updating etc.

the queen room we got is on ground floor at the back. very spacious and clean. the bed is comfortable including the pillows. the flooring is kind of cold despite the heater. it has kicrowave, fridge, coffee maker. bath tub is good for my size. i like the water temperature for cold or hot. lots of towels available. if you will focus on the design, its very simple nad plain which i like. very close to some restaurants and 20 mins away from wolf creek ski. best place to tour nearby. the guy at the counter is very friendly. highly recommended!

Although I really liked the front desk person, the room, bed, TV, location, etc. there were a number of things I discovered that could have used attention: the thermostat seemed to be 10 degrees off, there was a light bulb out, the toilet 'ran' after flushing, no kleenex, and there seemed to be 'carpet tacks' that would poke through the carpet when walking barefoot on it.

An excellent option for a hiker or skier (Wolf Creek) clean comfortable and a fair price. Excellent service from on site management, hard to ask for more.

Great place to stay near the Wolf Creek Ski Area. The management is very friendly and accommodating.

This was our second time staying and it was a great stay as well. The room was comfortable, clean, and warm. The only challenge I had was due to being a late check-in, I couldn't find my room in the dark! Was not the lodge's fault, I rang the buzzer and the gentlemen told me where to go. There night check-in procedures are great, but maybe put a map up where late check in's won't have to bother staff if the front office is already closed.
