在姜麥當的住宿是一次極好的體驗,酒店內部的氛圍非常平靜祥和,服務及時,非常專業,房間和浴室大小適中,維護和清潔專業。整個工作人員非常專業,非常熱情好客。雖然我沒有在前辦公室獲得所有名字Riju,但餐廳工作人員和客房服務人員做得很好。我們非常喜歡我們在那裏的住宿。

This resort is on beautiful beach of Agonda. This is truly beach stay, You get to stay at beach all day and night. If you are looking for bare beach experience this is the place. Wonderful experience. Staff is very efficient and smooth in their working. Check-in process is also very smooth. wonderful view from room, nice food and drinks, comfortable stay. PS- Not for travelers who don't like outdoor.

I have just returned from a very pleasurable stay at Sai Valientine's, Palolem with a friend. This has been my second stay with them. My previous stay was in 2016, which I enjoyed thoroughly as well. This time I was surprised to see the beautiful uplift to the hotel. The rooms on top and a lot of the property has been done up very beautifully. We stayed in the air-conditioned rooms on top, that allow you to have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, right from your bed. This is an absolutely breathtaking view and since the property is located to the end of the beach on the right and not near the main entrance, it's a very quiet and peaceful stretch of the beach. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. We had a small issue with the shower in our room not giving enough force of water, it wasn't a big deal, but this too was very swiftly and promptly rectified by them and I was quite happy to see that. I liked the food here and it was very reasonable. However, for me I think the number one reason I would go back to stay at Sai Valentine, is the people. A special thanks to the owner Krishna and a the staff - Rohit, Rahul, Arun, Siddhi, Sunny, Gautam - and everyone else who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Look forward to going back there sometime soon :)

We had a very pleasant stay at luxury Seaview cottage,location of hotel is really nice and next to the beach.. It had nice Seaview from room and balcony. Our stay was very pleasant because of cooperative staff of Grand sea shades Goa. We had stay for new year eve and just 2days opening of hotel before we check in so property is new. If we are planning to stay in palolem, do we this Grand Sea Shades Goa...

I spent 14 days there with my yoga group. This place is amazing- you are staying in the jungle, yet close to the beaches and civilization. I will never forget the sounds of the jungle at the dusk , monkeys playing close to our yoga-practice area and various animals visiting the bungalow. The feeling of being a part of the nature is omnipresent. No tv’s in bungalows was a good decision, you simply don’t need it in a place like that. The vegetarian food was good, even a carnivore like me could live in it for two weeks and the local-made kombucha was just poetry. I came back last week and I already miss it. Wonderful place for the first encounter with India.

The worst hospitality service and management I have experienced in a while. Out of their 5 restaurants only 1 of them is somewhat decent which is the beach shack restaurant and the markup on local beer was 350 including taxes of a 90 rupees mrp bottle. The minibar is a scam because somehow the room service price and minibar prices are way off each other making no sense. The selection in the minibar is laughable by the way, I happened to have better snacks and drinks in my bag when I checked in. The breakfast spread was horrible and the live counter messed up my eggs 2 times, and was so late in the first place that the 30 to 45 minutes I had to wait for my eggs from the live counter after I finished the rest of my breakfast had already ruined my appetite. Only for them to show up with the wrong omelette with the only 1 thing I asked not to be put in my eggs ( tomatoes). And the second time they were taking almost 15 mins more to get my eggs and by this time I genuinely was not hungry anymore so I let them know not to bother only for them to show up with the wrong eggs again and I had to live with the fact that I'll have to waste food, a feeling every guest obviously loves. 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, my key card stopped working for unknown reasons. The first time they told me not to keep it close to my phone, which I understand and the second time it was nowhere near my phone the whole day. However the first time the staff made me wait for almost 20 mins till I got my key card replaced. The property is large and confusing since they don't have proper direction sign boards and after a long and tiring day the first staff member I approached told me someone will be there in 5 with a replacement despite him having a master key and my second key was inside the room. He said he was not authorised to open the door, which I completely understand so I decided to be patient and wait, 5 mins is not much of a wait time. Cut to 12 minutes later which I realised after scrolling through my Instagram that no one has showed up. I go hunting for another employee because I don't want to navigate all the way to the reception as it was my first night there and I wasn't very familiar with the resort layout. I had to approach a security guard doing clearance who walkie-talkied the front desk to get me a replacement key. I heard him clearly stating my room no. 2035 two times myself only for the staff to show up with the key card for 2039. After an additional wait of 5 more minutes a net 30 minutes by now. He comes and opens the door with an awkward smile on his face. I didn't even know what to say to that. The beach shack bar in front of their long private beach was a decent restaurant with a decent bar, not to forget heavily overpriced but that's alright cuz we are all accepting of the markups knowing it's the service we are paying for. But wait, having their own private beach and a beach shack restaurant/bar of their own, they won't even serve 2 meters outside of th
