伊薩卡麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ithaca, NY)

I was not pleased with this hotel. There was no one around/at the front desk to greet us upon arrival. So my travel partner and I walked around a bit to explore. The staff member that showed up was a bit rude. We were told that we were not able to check in 22 mins before posted check in time! Another worker arrived a few mins later and checked us in. Upon entering room we encountered that there was mold in the corners of the shower for starters. A hot tub/"jetted tub" in the room, not in the bathroom. I had no intentions to use but the jets appeared to have mold growing. I was unable to sleep due to loud motor and fan noises. I walked into the bathroom in the wee hours to see bugs crawling on the floor and one in the shower/tub! The proximity to the college was good! I can say that much. But I would not stay here again nor would I recommend.

Terrible wifi reliability. If you use Apple devices, you can’t count on service. Despite the efforts of the front desk staff, none of our devices connected consistently. On a four-day stay there was no housekeeping services, not even towels replaced. A promise of a room change was not met; no follow up the second day. Breakfast was fine, and the staff handled a busy room well.

Had a minor problem in our room: one of the beds would tip on its side when you sat or lay down on it .... But got a good night's sleep anyway.

I needed a 1 night stay close to Ithaca as I helped my son move in. This was a close hotel at an inexpensive price. The bed was a bit hard but the issue was noise. The walls must be made out of paper. The people is an adjacent room were talking so loud, I had trouble falling asleep. Also, they kept closing doors so loud, I was often woken up. I won't be back.

A good value for the price! The staff was excellent, and the breakfast really good. There were a couple of minor problems with our room but nothing we couldn't live with. I'd stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked a room for my 21st birthday. There was no party, no music, not even the tv on. I was having a conversation with my sister and there was only 4 of us and we had noise complaints because we were just having a conversation. They then called the state trooper and he came up to the room with one of the employees and we got kicked out!!! Just for sitting on the couch in my room having a conversation with my sister!! The trooper even tried entering the room while we were packing up our things! We weren’t even there for 2 hours!!!!!!

Very clean and comfortable hotel and the price was great. Only complaint was that the shower didn’t work properly. Most of the water came from the spigot.

Poorly staffed, dirty stained ceilings, stained bedding. Would not recommend or return here.
