We booked it because there were no other hotels available. It is in a very run down and busy area, with cracked pavement all around. The wifi was unusable, and the room was tiny. Also, the drained pool was a dump with trash in it, right outside of our room. This really wasn't a nature experience at all, and I'd highly recommend staying somewhere else if at all possible.

Standard motel room lacking in room coffee maker and none available on site. Walking to the lake but was a private beach, expensive. Close to variety of restaurants and shops. Reasonably priced for exploring Lake Tahoe area.
