Had a Clean and safe stay!

I was a bit sketchy while booking, based out the outside, but figured for one night it would be ok. We were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by very friendly helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The room was small but ample. Was clearly renovated and had modern bathroom and had extra touches like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which makes a huge difference to us. Water was hot, everything was clean. We travel a lot and this place exceeded our expectations.

Average room but very thin walls. Can hear everything going on outside and in next room. We could hear word for word the TV next door to us until about 6am. Worst night I’ve ever had in any hotel. Definitely not worth $200 a night! Very small room. Bed was sort of comfortable but a little harder than we like. Small pillows, not very comfortable. Yes, we should have called the office to complain about the noise but we kept thinking they would turn the tv off. We did pound on the wall and yelled to turn it off but no response at all. Rooms are not worth more than about $75 a night. Not much to it.

The property was clean and modern looking. Bathroom shower pressure was excellent and hot water came out almost immediately. The sink faucet took awhile for hot water to come out but overall the room was cozy and comfortable. They had firm high pillows which was not my preference. It was close to all the main restaurants and shops, and a plus for me was that there was a Starbucks across the street!

This is a gem. The desk guy was very nice and this place is clean and updated and in excellent condition. Comfy beds plenty of pillows towels Small but absolutely worth the price of admission. I’ll stay here whenever I visit South Lake Tahoe. Came for Billy Strings and loving the motel

simple, efficient place to stay right across from all the action, for a great price too! It's probably not good for those sensitive to noise as the walls are a bit thin, but this wasn't an issue for me.

Too noisy from the room above, people walking, flushing toilet, and the air conditioning heat pump noise, and street noise. I complained and requested for one story room or even a second floor one, the manager replied in a rude manner that it was not any available. Even though the noise stopped after 10:45 it was not pleasant since we were tired trying to sleep.

We were celebrating my birthday so we happened to arrived a bit early. But the lady was so nice and let us check in. The room was clean and bathroom looks updated. Location was really good. Only bad thing was the parking lot a bit small. Still would come back again.
