天堂村區伊克諾套房酒店(Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Heavenly Village Area)

Was kind of disappointed because the pictures and description did not fit the accommodation or the facility itself I don't think that I would stay there again

Room is clean. Front desk clerk was very accommodating.

The room was really dirty such as the bathroom and the armchair in the bedroom. The upper portion of the walls in the bathroom was filled with drip marks with a brown hue. The fabric armchair was so dirty I could not believe any hotel would not throw it out. Other than those two unbelievable dirty places there was the somewhat typical, somewhat acceptable, “budget” hotel issues such as the gunky light switches and a bed light not working. There was not clothing hangers on the rack. The lady at the front desk was nice.

The conditions were so poor I refused to stay there. Econo Lodge and ******* are now saying they will not refund the fee. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service from *******. Horrendous hotel. Terrible experience on all fronts. Do not use *******. Do not stay at this place.

Looked ok from the pictures on *******. But it was not the same. Wish I could post pictures, the only thing that was actually clean was the bed (thank goodness). If it wasn't for everything else around us being no vacancy or extremely pricey we probably would have found a different place. There was extreme stains on the carpet like they've never been cleaned. No toilet paper holder. Dingy towels. Hair stuck to the wall. No Microwave like it said it had. Only some of the lights worked. The railing to our room was almost off the wall. And don't dare go get Ice unless you have a mask, it smelt and looked TERRIBLE. I understand its in a high volume location but dang, it was pretty ran down.

Checkin was easy. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient and walkable to restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean they were OK. Pictures posted on the website. Didn’t look like what we had. Rooms look slightly dated in Warren but suitable for what we needed.

The place is a little run down and in need of updating. But the location is great. Close to everything. It was quiet and a nice view of the mountains. And for the price we paid, compared to others, it was a good place to stay!

Dissatisfied. They advertise Cable TV and it only had 3 channels 15,16 & 17. No news. The curtains were ripped so they didn’t completely close, the room smelled like insecticide and the bed mattress was so old you sank in all this effected my ability to sleep.
