Everything is great! We love the pool.

The mattress was too soft and too old. We were sinking in it and couldn’t sleep, very uncomfortable. Also, we did not ask for a handicap accessible room but were given one without any notification. We did not like this at all since the bathroom was designed to accommodate a handicap person and had very little room by the sink to put our stuff, and I mean literally very little room!!! Barely enough room for toothbrush and mouth wash and towel, no room for other personal hygiene items. Also, the shower designed for a handicap person, did not have any glass to cover and the curtain was just floating, there was no bath tub. As a result, the water would go everywhere in the shower after taking a shower. It was a mess!!! We had to use towels to cover the floor. Overall, very disappointing not worth the price at all

Disappointing. ‘Since we booked through a 3rd party’, we were asked if an ‘accessibility’ room with a nice view would be ok. When we asked about the difference of the room, we were told extra handles around. The bathroom was terrible without a counter at all. Shower was awful. A very small mirror high above the sink. No closet to hang clothes. People in need of accessibility deserve and need better than this!

The place is beautiful but never was we told that the property is owned by individuals that can kick you out of the room if they decide to show up. We were told we had to move rooms during the middle of our stay. It was inconvenient and you have no room till there is one for you to go to. Wouldn’t recommend because of the inconvenience. It must happen often too because we were not the only ones in the lobby with this issue.
