Disappointing and dirty hotel. Litter left in room from previous guest. Carpets hadn't seen a hoover in a while. Smelled musty throughout and paint peeling off walls. Although we booked in for a full breakfast, we could only have a continental breakfast as the chef was off that day. There was nothing continental about a slice of toast and a couple of bananas and apples (that had seen better days).

Stopped here on a Friday night to break up our North to South journey at about the half way mark and positioned conveniently on the A43. The staff were all really friendly and helpful with the hotel being to the standard Premier Inn level so we knew what to expect. The restaurant/bar is in a pub next door which we only used to get a drink when we arrived, breakfast was in the small breakfast room so it is essential to book a time slot for this to make sure you can get in rather than risk waiting. It does state that there is no aircon in the rooms so there is a chance they could get rather warm on sunny days.

The room was so incredibly hot. There was no air con in the room. We had a fan but there was no other options available to cool the room down, other than leaving the room door open. Which we weren’t going to do. I’ve never sweated so much! Plus the shower wouldn’t switch cold water to even be able to cool down that way. But the blonde lady on reception was really helpful and even though she hadn’t worked there long gave us more sympathy than the other staff. The bathroom was filthy you could see foot print as across the floor, didn’t stand up to the usual cleanliness of a premier inn

Just checked in at Silverstone premier inn. The most patient and helpful member of staff was amazing and so helpful. Without doubt an excellent ambassador for the company. Nothing was too much trouble. The room is also really good. Spacious and clean.

Worst mattress i have slept on……Hard silentnight mattress with lumpy pillows.Dont try and complain as they dont want to know,and there is no good night guarantee applied here.If you are having a breakfast make sure your early as theres little left by 8.30

Stayed here with work, said “free WiFi”. Legally they didn’t say “usable WiFi ”… Download 0.81 Mbps Upload. 0.42Mbps Not able to send even simple emails. By give you the option to Pay 🤑 Building is feeling a bit tired and worn. The is an attached pub but nothing else in walking distance for food or general groceries.

room was 23.5 degrees hot with no way to reduce. Paid for a cooked breakfast and goit given continental as there were no available staff to cook breakfast.

1st room I was allocated had a tide mark around the bath and hair. It was also in dire need of being dusted properly. The second room had a cleaner bathroom but was still dusty . The corridor outside the rooms had stained carpet and generally shabby appearance. There's is a lot of noise from the main road which passes the hotel.

never stayed at Premier Inn Silverstone before. Friendly and helpful check in. As good as always. comfy bed, tidy and clean room. quiet room. Excellent for an overnight stay and early start the following day and a good sized car park.

Stay there this week room to hot no air conditioning had a fan in room did not make a lot of difference .The toilet had lime scale at the bottom of it .it look terrible .the staff were great and so was the breakfast .They need to close it down and install air conditioning as it must cost them a fortune in electricity bills with all the fans going in n the room

Bedroom and bathroom were dirty and dusty. Bathroom had no shower gel and was lacking in loo roll though staff did quickly provide more of these items. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good.

Usual Premier Inn family style room, stayed Sunday night after car show at Silverstone. Chose to stay Sunday as Saturday was double the price. Standard facilities for a premier Inn, comfortable clean bed and quiet overnight. Lovely staff at check in. However room needed a deep clean, dirty in corners and when I adjusted a desk fan plumes of dust flew all over the room, in my hair etc. Drinks in vending machine are a little pricey but no shop nearby so they can inflate the prices (eg £3 for small water). Overall a decent place to sleep overnight but could be cleaner. Quite a dangerous junction getting in and out of the hotel too.

Nice hotel, very near Silverstone racing circuit. Friendly staff, good sized room with a comfortable bed. But the room was unbearably hot, 30°c all night. The rooms need proper ventilation and air conditioning.
