Stayed one night. I was very happy with my stay. Beds comfortable, pool. Rooms spacious. The pool is very well maintained. Breakfast excellent. Thank you

Rooms were dirty, outdated and smelled moldy. The tv didn’t work to plug in gaming console, apparently they took the ability to use input or HDMI input cables for Roku’s or gaming consoles which we did not know and got stuck, trying to program a remote for two hours and then ended up with a 30 inch TV off the bracket from the wall sitting on the desk. The staff was somewhat helpful, but just not really Caring relatively and the outlets on the walls didn’t work. The phone didn’t work and it was very muggy and humid.

Could use updates and better room, service and cleaning! The TV is definitely need to be updated. It’s ridiculous that you can’t bring your own individual items to plug into the HDMI inputs. There is a pretty challenging experience. Not to mention the humidity and dirty towels and rags!!!

Nunca nos hicieron la limpieza en el cuarto en la estadía, el elevador lucia sucio, los accesos laterales al hotel y a playa descompuestos. En general al hotel le falta mantenimiento, pero es entendible porque en lo personal tengo aproximadamente 20 años hospedándose aquí. Ojalá puedan mejorarlo!!

Recomendable Muy buena opción , el desayuno incluido está perfecto , las habitaciones cómodas , únicamente que el aire acondicionado goteaba sobre la alfombra , y el wi fi no funciono ningún dia entre semana pero el fin de semana estaba perfecto

The rooms were fine. My husband found and killed a cockroach though so maybe watch out for those. Other than that everything was okay.
