Staff at the property is very accomodating and the restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Guest Rooms could use some updating. Also a little more attention to detail could be paid from cleaning staff on condition of room. Overall though, great stay and close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and Old Port area

Great hotel and people friendly. But my surprise this morning was breakfast is not complementary ! You may order and pay every item from a menu .I just asked to grill the bread - I use to carry -and payed $5 for a coffee-mug, tax and tip! Detail there’s a coffee maker in the room ….

We had a fantastic stay in South Portland. The hotel was easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent for a short getaway for 2. All the shopping and restaurants we wanted to go to were very close. The hotel was very clean, and had a wonderful atmosphere.

Loved this property. The shower was amazing! The hotel had a great ambiance. Would recommend this place over and over!

Great hotel! Clean rooms, comfy beds, easy to set temperature for room- heat and AC worked! Great location in South Portland. Very friendly, polite, helpful staff!

The pillows had an odor to them and also at breakfast terrible service behind the bar , slow , unfriendly

Bathroom light fixtures dirty. Lamp shade had something red inside splattered. All over it. Didn’t clean the remote controls. Didn’t want to touch anything. Cleaned all surfaces myself. Better trained cleaning staff needed Restaurant was fine. Service was slow for dinner. food was just ok. Breakfast was great. Suggest the pizza guy wear gloves when handling pizza dough.

It was all good except I slipped and fell on water on the floor in the lobby. The employees did not even help me up. Two guests finally came and helped me stand up. I was really shocked that they did not write a report if the incident. I’m almost 72 and hit my head in the fall

Room was OK for a quick stay, but not particularly comfortable or anything, so I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. Location is a little out of the way, but not bad. Staff interactions were so-so. Overall, not a particularly good or bad place to stay. Just so-so.
