厄爾漢姆酒店(The Earlham Hotel)

The room was very cumfortble and clean. The little kitchen and fridge was very useful. The bedding was new and clean. The reception was freindly and professional. The hotel is ideally located next to the old city core and high street.

Terrible 😞 . Similar to a hostel but with cold water ! Carpets thin and dirty , no curtains, cold room , no tea or coffee facility, thin mattress without any extra blankets . It’s one up from sleeping in your car or on the street . I did not stay more the an hour . It was difficult to find , because the hotel ( loose term ) has not got a sign . It seemed closed . It wasn’t until a nice young guy explained that I had to check in to the hotel next door . If this room was priced at £30 per night , you wouldn’t expect too much , but charging £60 the same as a premium inn is a joke !

Very friendly staff. Nice big clean room and en suite. Room had everything needed. Could do with net curtains or voils at the windows is my only issue. Would recommend

Very friendly welcome later in the evening than some people might arrive, so that was nice. However, my pillow had been stuffed into a case which was far too narrow for it making it hard and not so comfortable and splitting the case at the seam. One of the bath towels had blood stains on it. Yuk

Very budget like accommodation. No facilities but charged £90. Outrageous.

Rooms newly decorated, good sized bathroom even sink and microwave, wifi included, large free car parking area and short walking distance into Norwich Centre excellent
