The bathroom had dirty wash cloths and towels. The sheets on both beds as well as the pillows had an odor like they had not been washed. Another person's body odor was still present on them. The heater/air-conditioning unit emited a stale odor as if it had not been cleaned. The bottom drawer of the dresser was stuck and couldn't be opened.

The couple who checked us in were very cordial. The hotel is a nice, basic, clean respite. We only stayed one night to break up our travels and it was very accommodating, as well as nice that it’s pet friendly.

Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable. Quiet! Great water pressure and decent size mini-fridge for all our cooler items. Breakfast was decent with waffles, cereal, sausage, muffins, toast, coffee, juice, etc. I just wished they'd serve breakfast a little later, we slept in past 9am and missed it one day.

We stayed 2 nights to attend a funeral. The room was very clean, no carpeting, and was cleaned while we were there. Breakfast was minimal, but the breakfast room was spotless as well. The staff was cheerful and friendly. For the price, it is a basic, comfortable stay.

It was very nice for the price and what we needed it for. Located in a very good area and easy in and out. Staff was super friendly too.

This is an ultra clean place with managers who are extremely helpful and friendly. This GREAT value for the money. Very comfortable and a good breakfast .

Econo Lodge Southern Pines is perfect for my needs. Visiting relatives in the area it's my go to Motel. Low priced, great parking, friendly owners. Just a great place with a great price.

There was a roach in my room that i noticed when i went to use the microwave. Then was asked to pay extra for my children. When i explained to office i put it in there when i did my reservation and even put the ages sorry my kids are tall as dad is over 6ft. She told me next time to make sure they are in there if you use 3rd party for reservations i ened up not paying extra when i explained myself. And the ages she told ok nevermind
