They were roaches all in my room soon as I cut the light on. They were crawling out of the microwave and also the dishwasher my girl panicked as soon as she seen it. The staff are wishy-washy sometimes I guess depending their mood they knock extremely early and very hard in the morning and sometimes even catch a attitude when you say something about it like damn I thought checkout was at 11-12 why are you banging at 8-9? Please I do not recommend this hotel at all it’s cheap kinda if you wanna say but don’t waste your time. They also got into it with a lady because they gave her the wrong price for a one night stay at the room charged her $400 they will scam you be safe

You get what you pay for........ Upon arrival, I was greeted by the two women at the counter. Both of them were amazing! They were the best part of the stay because they were so polite and accommodating. However, I realized that the hotel smelled like cigarettes. This smell was all throughout the halls. When I got to my room, it had a much more pleasant smell, but I did see and kill several roaches in the hotel room and in the bathroom. There were also no dishes of any kind in the kitchen area and the water at the kitchen sink didn't work. In the bathroom, the area on the cabinet (next to the toilet) had not been cleaned. There were splashes of something all over it. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers in the shower were empty and extremely old.

I stayed for two nights for sweetest day weekend. The outside of the hotel is nice but once inside the room was dirty. The only reason we stayed was because we paid for the accommodations weeks in advance and didn’t have the funds to stay anywhere else because everything was so expensive. The room was very run down with stains on the walls, ceilings, and floors. The room came with two TVs but the bedroom TV was missing the remote so we were unable to change the TV. Because of how dirty the furniture was, I didn’t want to sit on the couch or chairs. This is an extended stay so people live there with their pets so we heard dogs during the night. People were walking around with no shoes or socks on in the hotel and the elevator was filthy . This just wasn’t my cup of tea but if your looking for somewhere affordable with low expectations, this is your spot

Online the kitchen shows that you have stuff to cook with. But get to the room and don't have anything. Then y'all don't serve breakfast. But how am I supposed to cook anything if I have nothing to cook with.

The hotel was in very poor condition. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property, and cleanliness was seriously lacking. This was not a comfortable or acceptable stay

I had to switch my first room because I saw a roach, and in the other room they gave me I saw 2 more a day later. I left early but he refused to give me a refund for the bad stay.

The room was unclean, shower had mold in it, vanity had residue stuck on it. I was able to clean and sanitize everything. Hotel needs a new cleaning crew.

This hotel reminded me of a cheap motel. As soon as I went to the desk to check-in, the male clerk took forever to come to the desk

The property is disgusting. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. The person above my room walked back and forth all night. The back entrance door was broken. Total lack of security. I was scared to sit on the toilet seat. I thought I would catch something if I did. There were chunks of the toilet seat missing. The whole house keeping staff needs to be fired. There was old food left in the garbage can and a used tissue on the box spring near the wall behind the bed.
