The staff were very nice but very stressed given the swarm of flight cancellations and people showing up with hotel vouchers. Add to that they were at capacity and there was a bad storm and customer service kinda took a back seat. To top it off, the hotel (and many others) lost power and I ended up sleeping at the airport as the room was cold , there was no hot water, and there was no way to charge my phone. Not a great experience
