I accidentally clicked pay now when I reserved the two nights. Within 24 hours of making the reservation I needed to cancel because my flights were cancelled. I was told no. I called the hotel and they said they were willing to give me a refund but ******* had to do it. ******* told me that they could not because the hotel was not willing……. I paid for two nights and never stepped a foot into the hotel. Not happy about this.

The staff were very nice but very stressed given the swarm of flight cancellations and people showing up with hotel vouchers. Add to that they were at capacity and there was a bad storm and customer service kinda took a back seat. To top it off, the hotel (and many others) lost power and I ended up sleeping at the airport as the room was cold , there was no hot water, and there was no way to charge my phone. Not a great experience

Hotel charged me more than the reserved price in ******* close to 200 hundred difference. I reserve the price in ******* but I was overcharged at the property.

The rooms are spacious however the industrial washer makes the rooms shake like a frieght train.

My room was switched and I was never told until going upstairs with all my luggage. I called the front desk and they told me, “oh we had to switch your room” sorry for the inconvenience .
