檸檬與姜酒店(Lemon and Ginger)

Excellent value for money. This is a fantastic apar**ent unit from which to launch your Bermuda vacation. The property is located a short walk away from the beautiful Admiralty House Park and 5 minutes away from Hamilton. The hosts took care of everything we needed, including arranging taxis, and even delivered ice cold bottled water on-demand. 5/5 star experience!

Tried multiple time to contact property owner via phone, text, and email. No response. Arrived at 4:00 pm and no one there. Called and owner answered and gave direction as to get in property. Upon entry found bed not made, one pillow, no sheets/blankets, no wifi, no instructions, etc. wet towels in the dryer. Sitting there thinking it’s for only one night we resolved to make it through the night. Shortly there was a knock at the door and the property owner was there. She explained she had just arrived from New York were she went with her two daughters for the youngest graduation present. We started asking about various things and she became obviously upset, apologized, and said her husband was to had everything done. She left to get the sheets, information booklet, etc. When she came back she said her husband had stopped to watch the football match (soccer) and never finished cleaning and preparing the apar**ent for us.
