I didn't like that fact that we had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in, because the system crashed.

Beautiful hotel, room, view. Breakfast was good too. Nice variety of hot and cold foods. Reception was helpful and friendly and the employee restocking the breakfast. Would stay there again.

My BW Sparks stay was amazing! Staff and room were truly excellent, unlike the Bishop BW which was the complete opposite.

Had to work a 12 hour shift and when I tried to check in at 11pm they told us we would have to wait at least an hour to be able to check us in because of some kind of auditing they were doing, completely un acceptable after a long days work.

Loved the location...clean and love the little "extras" provided...ex. breakfast, water, coffee, tea, always available.

We booked an overnight stay here due to the convenience of their location. The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and everything looked new. The breakfast in the morning was also great. We definitely recommend staying here.
