Unser Aufenthalt im Grand Palace Luxury Retreat - Tale Of The Sea in Split war einfach fantastisch! Gemeinsam mit meiner Frau und unserer 14 Monate alten Tochter haben wir die unschlagbare Lage direkt in der historischen Altstadt und den erstklassigen Service in vollen Zügen genossen. Ein wunderschöner, luxuriöser Rückzugsort, den wir jedem – besonders Familien – wärmstens empfehlen können!

Das Hotel war wirklich schön. Definitiv kein 08/15 Hotel, sondern mit Charakter – die Steinmauern und Gewölbe, das gibt so ein richtig kroatisches und gemütliches Flair. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett war echt bequem. Auch das Bad war modern und ordentlich. Der Service war …richtig freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend . Die Mitarbeiter dort sind aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Lage ist auch legendär – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem( direkt an der Riva) was man so braucht oder sehen möchte. Insgesamt echt eine Unterkunft, die ich gerne & wärmstens weiter empfehle.

This place was just as pictured but there are so many design flaws especially in the bathroom. You can't use the mirror because it overlaps with the sink which is 4.5ft high and not one small child could ever use. The location was extremely hard to find and despite having cable tv, they have no channels that are not public so only 5-10 channels of 150+ are actually watchable. Basically QVC and the news.. I would hope after guests pay so much the least they could do was provide cable channels.

城壁内の南東の角にある新しい(2025年10月現在)アパートメントです。 我々は1階(日本式2階)のキッチン付きシービューの部屋に泊まりましたが、城壁自体が高い位置にあるので、南側のリビングの窓からは海が綺麗に見えました。反対の北側の寝室の窓からは大聖堂が良い角度で見えます。 部屋はリビングダイニングキッチンの部屋と寝室が分かれており、とても広くて清潔に保たれていました。キッチンの設備は食器洗浄機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットなどどれも最新の物でした。食器や調理器具などの備品類も十分でした。エアコンは各部屋にあり(2台)、それとは別に床暖房がありました。10月下旬でしたが、夜は冷え込むため、大変ありがたかったです。 アパートの入口も部屋の入口も電子キーでチェックイン時にコードを教えてもらう仕組みでキーをなくす心配も無く便利です。旧市街には珍しく、建物にはエレベーターがあり、高層階(5階までありました)の部屋でも安心です。 ただし、城壁の門からアパートまでの移動は階段のある場所が何箇所かあり、大きなスーツケースなどの重い荷物を運ぶのは結構大変です。 アパートまでは地図のみでは道順が分かりにくいです(絶対迷います)が、チェックイン前にオーナーが動画で経路を教えてくれました。南側の青銅の門から入るのが近くて分かりやすく、夜暗くなってからの到着でしたが、動画の通りに移動したおかげで、迷わずにたどり着けました。 浴室はシャワーのみです。調理や食器洗浄などでお湯を沢山使うと、お湯が出なくなることがあります。我々は2人で泊まりましたが、家族連れなどは注意した方が良いかもしれません。 城壁内なので、主な観光地はもちろんのこと、長距離バスターミナル、フェリーターミナルなどは全て徒歩圏内です。城壁内に大きなスーパーマーケットはありませんが、西側の鉄の門を出た広場のすぐ近く(徒歩5分くらい)に、何でもそろうスーパー(SPAR)があり、水やビール、お酒なども安価で購入できます。調理済みの惣菜もありました。アパートで何か調理する際の食材も調達できます。 チェックイン時はオーナーが迎えてくれ、部屋の案内や街の情報などを教えてくれます。その際に予約時に知らされている市税city taxや施設利用料などを徴収されますが、支払いは現金のみなので、準備が必要です。一度部屋のキーコードが分からなくなった際に、オーナーは速やかに対応してくれました。 全体として、とても快適な滞在になりました。スプリトの旧市街の雰囲気を十分味わいたい人には最適です。

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location We stayed in the suite which has a double bedroom and a separate living room/kitchen. It has fabulous views over the harbour on one side and the old town on the other. It has been beautifully renovated. You do need to bear in mind that there is no reception so be sure to let them know when you are expecting to arrive. They send you a video to show you how to navigate the maze of steps and alleyways on the old town which is easy to follow. The kitchen is well appointed although some kitchen roll would have been useful. The windows provide really great sound insulation from the church bells but we could hear people in the room above and to the side. Our only issue was that there wasn’t enough hot water for 2 consecutive showers.

Ubicación dentro de las murallas Se llega a pie pues los vehículos no ingresan y hay que atravesar callecitas y subir y bajar escalones complicado si llevas maletas Nos dieron la habitación en 4to piso y el ascensor no funcionaba La habitación era bonita y el mobiliario nuevo Una pena que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y faltaba limpieza No lo recomiendo para personas con dificultades motoras

I LOVED this apartment. It is beautifully updated- looks straignt from HGTV! The kitchen was modern, the floors were gorgeous, and the stone wall/exposed beams in the ceiling made it look so authentic to the area. Only one caution is that you have to go up LOTS of stairs to get to the apt and the area feels a bit scary but is fine once you get in the building. Bed is very firm. Highly recommend. So convenient.

Great property that I will hopefully get to stay again one day. Really good location and walkable to everything in central Split. The room was really nice and the hotel team were so helpful and friendly. Great communication and even sent through recommendations for Split. Highly recommend to stay here if you can.
