Got self check-in instructions on afternoon of arrival. No information provided as to what floor the “luxury rooms” were located on or our particular room number. Attempts to contact property manager were of no avail. After figuring out 3rd floor and hauling our luggage up the stairs (no elevator) we tried the 8-digit code on 3 of 5 possible doors and lucked out when we choose door 2! Other issues: - No top sheet, blanket or bedspread, just a bottom sheet. Spoke to answering service for property manager (4pm in afternoon) who said he would contact cleaning service. No sheets or blanket ever arrived. Folks in room next door had same problem. - Very noisy location starting at sunrise. Delivery trucks and busses, along with construction and motorcycles
