I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!

정말 좋은 숙소였어요. 주인장 아저씨가 정말 친절하게 알려주시고, 숙소도 깔끔하고 침대가 무척 편했습니다. 화장실도 딱 마음에 들었어요 샤워실이 특히나 마음에 들었습니다.
그리고 시내 궁전투어시에 로마군인 코스프레한 사람들과 사진을 찍었는데 40유로를 팁으로 뜯겼었는데 그것도 해결해 주셨어요. 관광구 관리자와 통화해서 그분들에게 경고를 주고 돈도 돌려받아주시고. 개인적인 사건이였지만, 도움을 받은것을 제하더라도 좋운 숙소입니다. 주차는 근처 길가에 노상주차를 해야해요. 조금은 신경이 쓰이는 주차방식이였지만 큰 문제없이 2박3일 잘 지냈습니다ㅎㅎ

Bien placé au plein centre de Split. L’avantage est de pouvoir se garer dans la rue. Au calme. Chambre extrêmement propre et cosy. Le café est excellent. Un minibar est présent. Un hôte accueillant et très sympathique, on se sent comme à la maison

La déco est très classe très chic inspirée du yachting. Le café nespresso très appréciable. La salle de bains est superbe! Le lit au top ! La chambre est très spacieuse.Tous les accès sont automatiques avec le pass. Très calme complètement insonorisé. Très près de la vieille ville

Extremely clean and modernly decorated. The interior is new and precisely planned, lighting fixtures in several combinations, illuminated wall panels, a combination of warm colors gives calmness to the overall space. The details on the nightstands, as well as the mirrors on the panels and walls, give the space additional depth and a wow effect right from the moment you enter. The beds are upholstered and very comfortable. The room also has everything you need for a stay of several days, as well as an included mini bar, which added to the overall impression. The location is excellently located, close to the center, shops, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, etc., everything is a few minutes' walk away. I definitely recommend the stay and we will definitely visit again 😊

The room is very comfortable, with everything we needed, as a good bed, TV and locker. Rafael, the host, was attentive and helped us a lot. Stayed for only two nights, but wish it could have been more!
