We recently stayed at your property and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We were overcharged during our stay, we were informed there would be a guest tax, and we were also charged €15 for parking, even though the car park was closed most of the time. In total, we were overcharged by €36 without a clear explanation.
Additionally, the room was very noisy, and we could constantly hear the window shutters rumbling, which made it difficult to rest.
On a positive note, we would like to mention that the cleaning lady was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated her assistance.
