斯波坎温德姆戴斯套房酒店(Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane)

Our stay was very good. The personnel manning the front desk appeared immediately when someone approached. The breakfast meal was good and plentiful. We both like the sausage and cheese sandwich especially. The facilities were very clean and everything was in good repair. All the staff were congenial.

The reservation was booked through *******. ******* has 2 Days Inn & Suites By Windham for Spokane. I booked the first one on the list. when I went to check in and meet my other family members I was told I was not registered at that Days Inn. The clerk Tried calling ******* to get the reservation changed to the correct Days Inn but was continually disconnected. She then said that she would go ahead and register me at that days Inn and only charge me the same as the ******* rate. When I finely got ahold of ******* thay would not refund the first night saying the time had passed and was already charged. Thay did refund the second night. When I checked out the second day I was charged the regular higher rare for the two nights, not the ******* rare as promised. I will never use ******* for anything again.

I was charged a 50 dollar deposit at check in for quoted stains or damage , when I reserved my room the deposit was not listed in the price, not only did I pay 178.00 for one night I also paid 50.00 deposit which has not been returned. There was unsupervised kids with hockey sticks running up and down the halls pretty late at night!

This stay had a ton of challenges. The room was really noisy due to rain hitting the heating and cooling system. It had a bad odor. The bathroom wasn’t clean. And the breakfast was terrible. The one good thing I can share is the staff was really wonderful and try to do their best to keep us comfortable.

The staff was great. The room was clean. The location is horrendous. Not knowing the area I was booking blind. Cars revving and racing up and down the street. The corner of the building looks like it was crashed into. We were concerned for our car. Yikes! We won’t be going back.

Do not stay at this property if you are sensitive to chemicals. We called ahead to request an "allergy room." Hard to say what was done before our stay but the room had strong chemical and fragrance odors. These odors were in the bedding as well. The entire place was carpeted, including our room, so that was part of the problem. There was a window that opened but we could not leave it open because it had no screen and because it would have been a security issue as it was easily accessible by intruders. Except for the nice staff, it was a very unpleasant visit.

I got "upgraded" due to some reason or another, from a 2 bed, 2 bath room to a 3 bed, 1 bath room in the "basement". The bathroom was dirty and the shower floor was cracked.

The staff was very helpful, the room was small but comfy and clean. The “breakfast” consisted of very sugary yogurt, rubbery microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and waffles, some old looking apples, tiny boxes of apple juice, and the usual hot beverages. I’d probably stay there again but skip the breakfast

Not what I expected after paying $200 per night. We were given a room in a basement. Room was stinky because it’s a basement. Breakfast was all frozen food that we had to use microwave to warm it up.
