Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rent och städat. Ok frukost men många engångsförpackningar som på övriga ställen vi besökt i närheten.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out everything was awesome! I didn't get the ladies name at the front desk but every time she saw us she made us feel like we were at home. The continental breakfast had a lot of different variety. When we come back we definitely would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, the room was nice, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The only complaint was the noise level - we could hear people clearly in the hallway and moving around in the room above us.

Loved it! Nice location, easy access to shopping dining and venue we attended. breakfast was adequate. Housekeeper took pride in her work. She was very nice. Dined next door at italian resturant, their naples pizza was amazing. Their patio was 3 steps outside of side entrance. We will be staying same place when we return in a year for the anniversary party.

Great location near shops/dining etc spent 8 nights there and only 2 hot showers the rest of the time the water was luke warm! it had a full kitchen but had no utensils/pans/pots/plates/cups etc

The only problem we had was one night there was a very loud party below us in their function room. The music was so loud the walls were vibrating. They should not have people stay in those rooms when there is a party.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. A large portion of the outdoor space and side access were under heavy reconstruction/renovation. Parking was very limited. There was construction debris at the side entrance. The hallway floor was not fully cleaned. Hotel room had stains around the bathroom entrance.

I arrived early and asked if possible if could get an early check in, the staff was more than accomidating.

My only complaint would be the STRONG smell of sanitizer or air freshener throughout the whole building. I personally would not be able to stay there again but the bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Just a suggestion - as a senior I would suggest safety handles in all bathrooms -
