We had a quick overnight stay at this property. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed. We stayed in a double room and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had good food and options however the eating area itself was very messy and dirty. Crums, garbages overflowing and you constantly had to ask for refills of things. The lady doing the breakfast was nice but sat on her phone a lot, when she could have been managing the room and keeping things in order. Also, almost every hotel trash was overflowing when we would pass it - just seemed like the cleaning staff was not on top of their job. But the staff we did encounter at check in and throughout were nice.

The pool isn't heated. It's freezing. The breakfast was mediocre. The showers didn't drain well. The double beds seem so small. The staff was a bright spot. Very friendly.

Good stay Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good breakfast and we appreciated the fact that it was served till 10:00.

Okay but could be better. Room not serviced, house keeping called late afternoon of penultimate day 3/4. Morning of departure no hot water for showering, spoke front desk on leaving was told repairs still ongoing.

Nice quiet place. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Didnt see a pool or hot tub on the property. Nice breakfast area off the lobby.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Springdale on Reiff St. Everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was query and clean. The breakfast was very good!
