Super clean. Good customer service as you check in. Awesome view.

We stayed here because of the price and proximity to the park. The Wi-Fi did not work and was a cell service dead zone, our sheets were pilled and bed barely made, and the room just felt unfinished and a bit janky. Staff was nice but the lobby closed at 9pm?? In hindsight I wouldve spent the extra money to stay at La Quinta or something name brand nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is convenient for Zion NP. The person at the reception was welcoming, which was nice. However, in the room, the bed sheets were not clean, nor well made. There were some hairs on it, as well as what appeared to be crumbs. Their housekeeper had already left, so they gave us another room, but the room was not clean either. Not only that, there was a piece of toilet paper on the floor between the bed and the wall. There was a pair of socks (!) behind the toilet tank. We found them when we opened the toilet tank lid, which we did because the water refill wouldn’t stop without us jiggling the internal mechanism. The amenities were not filled, i.e. no hand soap nor body soap, etc… Laundry costs $4 each for washer and dryer. They don’t exchange quarters at the front desk. Instead they told us to go to the laundromat a few blocks away where there was a change machine. Breakfast was included, but it was just muffin, bagel,Yoplait thrown in a brown bag. You pick it up at the front and bring back to your room. There is no dining area. No cereals, milk, hot meals. We don’t think it’s worth $300/night. We stayed at another hotel in Zion area a few days later, a bit farther from the Zion NP entrance, but it was cheaper, cleaner and much nicer. Over all, not recommended.

We arrived late and the staff left our key in an envelope taped to the window with instructions for our room. The place was cute with a full kitchen. It was clean, comfortable and we were able to park literally steps from our door. Great experience. Will def recommend and go back

Nice location for the price. Couldn’t walk to Zion National Park Entrance in the middle of Summer (over 100 degrees F or 38 degrees C), but definitely walkable in good weather. However, there is a free shuttle that takes you yo the park. Lots of cafes close by, but not too many options for food. Hotel provided a good snack pack for breakfast.
