The front seat was super attentive and kind. The room was clean and tidy with all expected amenities. No issues with our stay whatsoever.

Hice chek-in y check-out por dos ocasiones, ya que renté una habitación por dos ocasiones en un corto periodo de tiempo. La primera vez fue una estadía de una noche. En esta, la persona que me recibió en recepción fue un jóven muy agradable y amable. Sin embargo, al momento de hacer el check-out me atendió una señora extremadamente mal educada que ni si quiera supo responder a mi saludo. La segunda vez, el check-in lo hice con otra señora, la cual tampoco fue amable. Durante esta estadía, que fueron 3 noches, nunca hubo limpieza de la habitación. El personal de limpieza no fue después de la primera noche. Y el resto de días golpeaban la puerta antes de que yo saliera de la habitación, aproximadamente a las 9 de la mañana. Me parece de muy mal gusto que golpeen la puerta de habitación. Deberían tener lals cartillas para las puertas con el aviso de ¨no molestar¨. Además, así supieran cúando entrar a realizar la limpieza de la habitación y cuando el huésped no quiere ser molestado. La noche anterior a mi salida me acerqué al front desk para solicitar un late check-out porque mi vuelo era a las 6 de la tarde y me atendió nuevamente la mujer que realizó mi check-out en la primera ocasión. Nuevamente se portó grosera y me dijo que me dan media hora extra de check-out, lo cual me pareció un insulto. El día del check-out tuve que esperar 20 minutos hasta que alguien me atendiera en el front desk porque no había nadie atendiendo. Increíble!

La primera persona que me recibió en el hotel era un jóven muy amable y atento. Sin embargo, la persona con la que hice check-out era una señora muy mal educada y poco cortés.

Non smoking room smells so bad … it’s really too bad because the hotel could be pretty good! Why put a smoking room beside a non smoking room????? Makes no sense

The first morning of me being there at around 4am their were people screaming and singing ask politely to be silent and respectful and it didnt happen.

Very nice staff. Clean room. Only wish was that there would have been a fridge & microwave in the room.

I stayed in 303 for 1 night on 3/22. I have no idea what was going on, but there was screaming all night, some guy trying to break down a door and a girl in the lobby screaming. I got zero sleep and was scared for my personal safety as it seems the motel was just allowing this to happen and never called police. I ended up having to leave personal items in my room as my door would not open again once I took some belongings to my car. I decided to sacrifice what I left behind instead of trying to get back into the room because I had waited for a break in the screaming and fighting so as not to have anything happen to me. I seriously feared for my personal safety.

Hotel was very clean and recently renovated. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Room. 303. But. He said it wood be ok and I said ok. Got to go to work from. But. The. Room. Was check in by my husband. Mr. Tommie. Brown it's. Still. Nice there

Zero amenities but not necessarily a bad thing. Quick and efficient check in. Only bars of soap, no shampoo but maybe that's how they keep costs down. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good value for what I needed. A place to sleep.
