斯普林菲爾德3星級酒店

This is quite possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I've ever seen when trying to check into a hotel. There is NO excuse whatsoever to experience what we had to go through today when trying to check in. The Front desk person named Muhammed was INCREDIBLY disrespectful. We were in line to check in, but was dealing with someone that had some issue that seemed to be the cause of the hotel. Muhammed however decided to treat the individual like he was less than human. He treated whom I presume is the gentleman's wife like she was less than human. Muhammed threatened the individual very loudly and obnoxiously, he threatened the individual and his wife in front of everyone in the lobby, seeming not to care at all that he was representing the hotel. I've been staying at Marriott properties my entire life and under no circumstances would I ever imagine or witness something like this take place from an employee. I felt threatened. I felt unsafe and felt that ALL OF OUR LIVES were in danger because of the employee that was manning the front desk. I feel so incredibly sorry for the guest that we're trying to resolve their issue and felt the need to say something. I spoke with Muhammed, and he was EXTRAORDINARILY dismissive and disrespectful to me also. We obviously have chosen to stay elsewhere, and not sure that we will EVER stay at a Marriott property again.

The staff from reception to restaurant to cleaning were friendly and efficient. Highlights of the breakfast buffet were the fluffy scrambled eggs and olive oil roasted potatoes with fresh parsley - served by Chef Shah! The free shuttle to the shopping mall and metro train was convenient.

我對這家酒店說得太多了。我每年旅行近300個晚上,這是我去過的最好的酒店。從員工、客房、酒店設施和早餐來說,這真的很棒。從1月31日至4月22日我住過這家酒店,只有需要回DC地鐵區時才會住那裏。離進城的地鐵非常近。周圍總是有Lyfts和Ubers。路對面就是很多餐館。賬單完美無瑕,我從來沒有出過問題。每次出問題,都很快解決。如果可以,我會給這家酒店10星。

廚房雖小但很不錯，早餐還可以，停車費15🔪一天，服務也好，雖然貼着高架橋有點噪音，但戴上耳塞還可以。

若想要遊覽斯普林菲爾德，斯普林菲爾德萬怡酒店將會是一個不錯的的住宿之選。酒店地理位置優越，駕車至貝爾沃堡機場僅需7km 。旅客們會發現Springfield United Methodist Church、Exceptional Childrens Center和Franconia-Springfield Metro距離酒店都不遠。酒店佔盡地理之宜，Advanced Pace Foot & Ankle Center、Adamson Annik MD和A A Podiatry離此都很近。酒店對客房的裝飾十分考究，每間設施齊全的客房都配備有熨衣設備、空調和衣櫃/衣櫥。浴室內提供吹風機，讓您感受到賓至如歸的享受。酒吧旨在為旅客和您的朋友提供一處消遣的場所。倘若您覺得酒店的餐飲服務無法滿足您的需求，附近的Stone Hot PIzza（三明治）、Savio's（意大利菜）和Silver Diner（美國菜）不妨可以試試。客人可以在酒店盡情的享受各種體育設施，如在健身室鍛鍊。酒店的會議廳和商務中心將熱情的服務與專業的素質完美地結合在一起。提供乾洗服務，為您的旅途省心。

房間很大，設施有點老，但是很乾凈。早餐就是美式早餐，自助式，咖啡，茶，飲料，香腸，雞蛋，麵包，酸奶，水果，麥片，都有。品種不算多但是營養肯定有了。位置就在SORINGFEILD MALL的對麪，很方便，唯一的問題就是泳池沒有開，說是季節原因。入住第二天可能是我們提出了疑問，前台就標了說明。健身房不大，我們每天還都去用用。 一共住了7天，有一天沒有收拾房間，不知道什麼原因。其他這個價格算是性價比很不錯了。 另外，孩子的小天才手錶找不到了，退房后又回去尋找，前台小哥很熱心的帶着回房間去找（已經打掃過）又問了樓層清潔人員，雖然沒有找到，但是也感謝小哥的負責。

衹要去華盛頓就住這家，性價比超高！停車場很大，出門上高速，到核心區也就20分鐘，比住市裡方便多了。步行有越南米粉店，晚餐也能滿足中國胃。

房間是標準的。沒什麼特別的。住在5樓。酒店正在建設中。淋浴很熱,壓力很好。直接電視幫助。這不是我們第一次來這裏。上次很棒。回來主要是自助早餐。這個地區缺少。臭雞蛋,培根不錯。家用薯條。穀物杯,牛奶,吐司,百吉餅,華夫餅。時間從7-9跑。沒人再進貨。不滿意早餐。有2個青少年,可能不會再回來了。

酒店就在395旁邊，對自駕的同學來說還是很方便的，周末不堵車時開去市中心20分鐘。酒店明顯比較老了，設施有點舊，但是性價比還不錯。早餐的麵包和糕點質量較差，其他就是Comfort Inn平均水平（雞蛋，香腸，華夫餅，酸奶，香蕉蘋果）。

房間一般,但很乾淨。有冰箱和爐子很好,但只住了一晚,所以我們當時沒有使用。使這次住宿與衆不同的是前台的禮貌。甚至對於我的兩個十幾歲的男孩,他們發生了不幸,需要幫助好幾次。(非常滑稽)。我希望我得到了他們的名字!再次感謝!你很棒,我們將再次與你們所有人在一起,因爲你們很友好。
