Rooms werent ready for check in, had a digital key and still had to wait in line for over an hour and a half to check in at the front desk. We missed our dinner reservation because we couldnt get in our rooms to get ready. I had called ahead and asked for a rollaway bed, spoke to the hotel directly to confirm its availability, they assured me it would be , it was not, and was not an option. Our room had 1 set of towels in the bathroom (king suite) and what appeared to be fecal matter residue swiped around the base of the toilet . The parking garage did not give.out tickets and i was charged $25 for a *lost* ticket upon departure. The cheer comp teams took up ALL the space and noone enforced the rules about no loud music, yelling,stunting etc...the location had been booked for a year for this comp and they only had 2 people working the front desk and apparently not enough housekeeping to have rooms ready in time. It was after 6 before we were able to check in and haul the 11 flights of stairs to our room...and then our physical keys didnt work. When i asked.for a new one the next morning, she just asked for my room number, SHE said my name to confirm and handed me a key without asking for ID . Wasnt who checked us in, so i could have said any room.

Well its wasnt all bad really only thing had to co.plain about was for the money it could have alittle bit more clean and better beds and the elevator issues was terrible we was on the 12th floor some times we waited 15 mins for elevator and when we finally got on it.....it would stop at almost every floor when nobody was there

I stayed for the ICCA championships so it packed. It was loud on my floor all night long due to numerous teenagers from other squads staying up late. Main complaint was the elevators. Only two were in working order and they were extremely slow. Also I was shocked to find the room didn’t include a refrigerator.

They do not currently have a wheel chair that met my size requirements, but said they will correct that for the future. They were very attentive to my special needs.

Building was dirty and unclean. Remote had caked on nasty stuff and looked like it was chewed by a dog. Tv was very very slow. Clock didn’t work. Toilet never flushed all the way. The hotel was dirty throughout the building.. floors, walls, furniture. It was nasty. The breakfast was overpriced and terrible! The menu that sat on the table even had mold on it!

The hotel is very old. Rooms do not have a fridge. All of the elevators were not working and it is very low staffed.

The Lincoln is a decent hotel - inside it was clean, if not a bit dated. The parking garage next to it is a bit sketchy - lot of trash going around. The staff was fairly friendly. The big negative for this hotel was that of 3 elevators, only one seemed to be working. You have 12 floors - 20 rooms per floor. I was on the 11th floor... It was just slow slow going. The elevator held about 6 people. The hotel was full...

Pros: room was clean, close proximity to where we were going Cons: Check-in took over 45 minutes because they were very busy and only had 2 people working the front desk; Not all Elevators were not working so we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs or have a long wait again. Hot tub was out of order.

I liked the pool and hot tub were available. I liked how quiet the hotel is. I liked how close it was to other establishments to which one can walk.
