Crowne Plaza 斯普林菲爾德(Crowne Plaza Springfield - Convention Ctr)

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. When we moved into our room, there was a Compound W bandage on the floor next to the sofa. Also, we paid for a King Room, and checked into a queen. When you needed staff, there was no one available. We most likely will visit Springfield again, but we will not be staying at the Crowne Plaza

Room was not ready. We waited an hour, but no services open for a drink or snack. All doors filthy. Bathroom had cob webs on the floor in public bathroom escalator non-functioning. Hall littered with towels and bottles. Luckily room was clean and comfortable except no Kleenex.

We haven’t stayed at The Crowne Plaza since 2010. It used to be a very nice upscale hotel now it seems like there is a lot of unsavory business and people at The Crowne Plaza. We had someone use a key card to come into our room while the do not disturb sign was on the door. Luckily, my husband had just used the latch otherwise they would’ve walked right in. Whoever it was didn’t knock and didn’t announce themselves either. Very sketchy. Luckily for us we are registered to carry firearms so we didn’t feel too threatened or afraid. I hate to think what would’ve happened if it were just me there and not my husband. For this reason we will NEVER stay at The Crowne Plaza again.

Great hotel. Best Springfield has to offer. A little dated in the room, and somewhat dirty in corners, but overall very solid all around for location, comfort, price, safety, and quiet. Bar is top notch, parking is wide open, amenities are better than average. Pool area is excellent. Always my 1st choice in Springfield. Great restaurants around the hotel too.

They need to update the website, the room i received was not the room that I at reservation for ,the room i had reservation for didn't even exist but they has it advertised any way had to settle for something else without any compensation for thier false advertising very piss poor on crowne plaza,will not goback!,,

The bathroom smelled like mold and mildew. You can tell the room above had an overflow from the peeling of plaster on the ceiling. I had taken a shower the within 2 hours of arrival and luckily I had the door safety latch on because one of the workers open the door. I would never stay at the Crowne Plaza AGAIN.

The pool and hot tub were great. The first room we were in, well, they shouldnt rent it out, period. It was an odd shaped room with a weird spot for the tv...which was about to fall off the wall. And the window whistled eerily from the wind. I let Keesha know at the front desk, and she quickly remedied the situation and switched us to another room. Another issue was breakfast. I thought we would get a cooked to order breakfast. But, it is just like other hotels' free warm breakfasts but with a few more options. This place charges $15! All in all, it was a nice stay. Hooters is on the other side of the parking lot, along with red lobster and ihop. It is an industrial area so, not much shopping. Oh! The hydo massage chairs were nice after a long drive!

Beautiful entrance with easy parking and access. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could be a little more update but were clean. I had to go up 2 floors to find a working ice machine but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience.
