Clean service was great and in real convenient location

Good position to stay

This trip was hard for me to rate. We've stayed at this specific hotel many times while visiting Springfield and never really had an issue before. But this time we were left lacking. First off, the staff are so polite. They definitely recieve 5 stars (at least those we had contact with). However, the hot tub was not in use on this trip. Also, our room wasn't the cleanest. Our toilet hadn't been cleaned that great, there was a broken closet door that refused to stay shut, splatters were on the closet mirror like it hadn't been cleaned, and we found a dirty diaper under the chair once we moved it a smidge to protect our daughter from hitting it if she fell out of bed. I hate to rate this stay poorly because we've never had a problem in the past, but I can't say for sure wed stay here again. We traveled for a conference where i was in the hotel with kids the whole time while my husband was at the conference. It would have been better if i wasn't in the hotel that long.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and at around 2:30 am a group a young boys were either playing hockey or re-enacting the storming of Normandy in the hallway. We called the font desk and alerted them to the problem and the noisiness quickly ended, however I find it hard to believe no one else heard the loud noises because it was going on for around 3 hours.

Was not greeted upon arrival then front desk acted as if I was inconvenience when checking in. We booked this hotel for our girls trip and had planned on spending evenings in jacuzzi. 1spa tub was listed next to 1- pool on property amenities but jacuzzi was never in working condition. When we asked if it would be fixed they laughed it off and said unlikely. Two days later inquired about jacuzzi again- not fixed- front desk suggested contacting hotels app to renegotiate rate. After contacting the app the front desk denied the renegotiating the rate- waste of time. Wish it would’ve listed that jacuzzi was out of order prior to booking. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Door was hard to close but room was clean.

My husband and I were in Room 315...and I have to say it was so very noisy. The A/C unit and Fridge made very loud noises all day/night. The ice maker and elevator too made the room really loud. It would help if the room was better insulated to restrict the noise level in that specific room. We also, had an issue with getting the TV to work, my husband finally went down to the Lobby with the remote and asked for assistance. She pushed some kind of reset button on the remote and when he came up and tried; it worked. The entire Staff was super friendly and very helpful both days/nights we were there...from the front desk, who fixed the remote, gave great suggestions for Pizza places in the area and always said, "Hello" when we walked by; to the food server for breakfast (which was very good) everyone was great and always had a smile on their face. We would definitely go back and stay again. We will just make sure to request: not room 315...LOL : ) Thanks!

The location, property and room were about as expected. Not the least expensive but clean, seemed safe and I would recommend it. I would love to get this level of motel for $60-$70 still, but the reality is if you don’t pay more than that the places are usually marginal. I would highly recommend this place, it’s not the Ritz, but I don’t believe you’ll regret being there. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is an at least 25-30-year-old re-branded Baymont Inn. There was a big stain on the carpet in the room. I realize it was just the luck of the draw, but they filled it up with kids from various sports teams that were noisy in the hallway until well into the night. Perhaps that is more on their chaperones more the hotel.

We have stayed at this property for several years. It is convenient to the places we need to go to and the staff is always cheerful and ready to respond to our needs. The on-site breakfast is usually a good perk too!
