Quick & easy check in. Too loud in the corridor with dogs barking at 6 am. They served a nice breakfast except the biscuits were too hard to eat.

The third floor is supposed to be the business floor or quiet floor. Drunk person in the hall making noise for over an hour at two am. I left and slept in the truck. Walls Are paper thin.

I always stay here when I go to Springfield. It is centrally located in a safe area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful.

The only issue I had with my stay is with the handle for the shower was hard to pull up for turning on the shower. Once I got it up on full blast I didn't push it back down. I forgot to mention this issue to the front desk at checkout. The staff were all friendly, especially the lady (I forgot her name) who maintained the breakfast area. She went above and beyond her call of duty to take additional bath towels and face towels to my room. Besides the one issue i mentioned, my overall stay was excellent. I was impressed with LaQuinta Inn as this was my first stay at one.

Will stay here again in two weeks. Having cataract surgery when a snow storm hit required us to stay 2 nights. We were treated so well by all staff members and the room was clean and comfy.

Nice hotel that’s pet friendly - we had a king executive suite, so room had a sitting area, nice space for a reasonable price. Took forever to check in because of chatty employee, but he meant well.
