阿伯購物中心套房酒店(Arbor Suites at the Mall)

It was a quiet stay. Like the apartment feel.

This is a good, centrally located, inexpensive hotel that allows pets. It is pretty old, but is currently undergoing a big renovation.

A big issue is that i had to have a 200 dollar deposit which is just kinda hidden in snall text and verry scary theh were undergoing a remodel in the lobby the rooms look much bigger in the pictures and the bed was jist two diffrent beds pushed together there was also a a hole in the bathtub inder the bath mat to stop slips the paint was peeling inside the tub and I immediately let the staff know the floors could have been cleaner aswell

We reserved this room because of the full kitchen that was said to be equipped with dishes and dishwasher. Our entire family planned on Thanksgiving dinner in the room and our room had a dishwasher that was broken and had what few dishes from the room locked inside with old water and their was mold on them with a note on the front apologizing for the inconvenience. The large burner on the stove top did not work and the oven was too filthy to cook in. Ruined our family dinner.

I felt safe and the room was nice. However, the area outside both of my rooms had empty beer cans laying on the ground. Also, my neighbors decided it was time to have a heated argument until 3 AM - but that isn't the motel's fault.

We stay here every time we go to springfield. we stay in a studio when its just 2 of us or the loft for the whole family. This stay was just 2 of us and we are always happy with the cleanliness, staff, and comfort.

This property was awful. Do not stay there. Bath tub was so dirty looks like it had meve4 been cleaned, shower curtain had mold on it The housekeeper was smoking in the unit before we got there and pulled the smoke detector out and covered it with a Walmart bag. The person was in too big of hurry to remove the bag when finished so I had to call the front desk to ask someone to come and remove and make sure the smoke detector was still working. The carpet in front of the sliding glass door was was ripped There was an ioion in the frig, a cigarette lighter under the bed and clothes left by the previous guests on the side of the bed. When I artived at 430pm, I was told my room was not clean and would not be ready until after 5pm. Posted check in time is 3pm. There was caution tape blicking off the steps in front when we arrived. This place needs to be condemned

Something bite up my legs and arm in the room have no clue what. I’ve never had a problem staying there until now

Everything was great. Bthe bathroom fan didn't and was quite noisey in it's effort to. Thete was a crack in our tub that looked like there had been an attempt to repair, but the crack was still there. Nothing awful. Our.stay was still really nice and affordable.
