斯普林菲爾德醫療米爾希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Springfield Downtown)

The facilities were amazing! They were clean and "fresh" throughout the building despite the ice/snow/rock salt being brought in/out during this time frame. We enjoyed breakfast. One of the best we have had at a hotel in some time.

On the plus side the room was very clean as was the building. The decorating is atypical, which I liked. In addition, the cost of the room was reasonable. However the room was very small. It felt claustrophobic. We had a king size bed and it took up almost the entire room. I had to exercise in the bathroom as it was the place with the most space! This is the first hotel that I have stayed that there are no closets. You could only hang up clothes on a rack that stuck out in the room or on hooks that were a wall. I didn't check if there were drawers for clothes because everything that I had was hung up. However based on how small the room was and a sign stating that clothes could be stored under the bed, I am betting there was not. Unfortunately due to how cramped the room was I will not be staying there again.

The staff was extremely helpful and great to deal with. The breakfast was excellent. The whole place was clean. We will definitely be back!!

Staff was very rude, but other than that it is a very nice hotel. Close to a lot of places downtown

Staff is all super friendly!! Anytime I needed anything they were on top of it and with a smile!

Great place. New, clean looking. Staff were friendly and helpful. But there was hair in the drain of the shower in room 209. Also in room 209, every time the blower for the furnace came on, there was a loud clack. Although I am a sound sleeper, it woke me up several times in the early morning hours. As a result, I did NOT get a good night's sleep.

A little off the highway system but worth the extra miles to get away from highway noise. My picky is and liked the bed and pillows. Bathroom was spacious and had a place for stuff. Breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection. We liked the fun lobby setting. The pool is a salt water pool. We didn’t bring our suits this trip it would stay here again in a heartbeat

Trivia “truly” an amazing hotel. It’s an updated rendition of what you’d expect from a new hotel. Vibrant colors, Pool table in the large lobby with comfortable chairs and couches. Nice oool and workout room. The rooms themselves are small but comfortable. No wasted space. And they are much quieter than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Breakfast was amazing. All workers were super friendly.

Friendly and accommodating staff and lovely property. Our particular room… the bathroom door would not latch closed. The mattress was on a wooden platform where the corners stuck out, so maneuvering around them in the minimal space at the foot of the bed caused all of us to bang our knees/shins into the corners. Perhaps padding those corners would be helpful, or perhaps to replace with a frame and box spring. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable… also possibly helped with a frame and box spring and a better mattress.
