Friendly, Clean, glorious accommodation, felt like we were the only ones in the building. Staff were lovely, when we saw them. Clean pool. Room serviced everyday (which we didn't use, the clean towels and coffee etc were left in a basket at our door) Central to everything, good coffee, great range of different cultures of food. A lovely place to stay. We spent 4 days there over xmas. Happily stay there again.

We went there on March 22. The blonde pregnant girl at the bistro bar was very rude to us. You don’t realise that there are many other places to take our business, which we did, took our business elsewhere and had a great time. Your business is the one who will suffer, not us. Never again.

Normally stay in the CBD, in the Sofitel or similar. The Springfield Lakes hotel beat the CBD rooms for quality, size and amenities. And so refreshing not to have the 'corporate smile' behind the front desk. It's a weird little place that ought to be an office, but it works well. There's a choice of local restaurants, not great ones, but sufficient for our needs. The room was the revelation - separate sitting room, formal enough to have business meetings, beautiful bathroom with a full-sized bath and a bedroom that was large enough for our needs. All in all, a great find and highly recommended.
