尊貴加爾尼總統酒店及spa中心(Premier Prezident Garni Hotel and Spa)

Hotel located in city centre with parking. Very convenient. The furniture is nice but too big for the room size. The wellness Center is very nice.

Just back from a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. I'd recommend this hotel if you want to escape from the bigger Serbian cities and want a nice relaxed break. We booked a package deal which was great value and included B+B, spa facilities, chocolates, wine and extra brunch. The Spa was very good and the breakfast was a great selection. The bedroom and whole hotel was well decorated. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sara at reception who was so kind with all the information and answering our questions and making sure we had a really lovely stay.

Hôtel de très facile accès. La chambre est petite, mais pour passer une nuit, cela n'est pas important: Prix très convenable. Le restaurant peu mieux faire. La dame de la réception est adorable et prête à résoudre tous les problemes

Ich sage gleich: das ist die Geschmackssache. Ich z. B. mag das moderne Stil mit grauen oder weißen Wänden, schwarzer Möbel, Glastischen usw. nicht. Deswegen suche ich nach Möglichkeit etwas im Antikstil. Und hier wurde findig! Einer sagt Kitsch, ich sage - fabelhaft! So gemütlich und hübsch! Ich fühlte mich wie eine Prinzessin! Auch mein Sohn, ein junger Mann, war hin und weg! Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren da nicht viele Leute, zuerst war Frühstück ein Buffett, danach wurde es speziell für die uns gemacht. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Es war immer lecker und alles, was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht. Dazu kommt sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe direkt beim Hotel gebucht und um bestimmte Zimmer gebeten, alles wurde genauso gemacht, wie ich wollte. Egal, welche Probleme und Wünsche man hat, es wird immer geholfen, Tag und Nacht. Das kleine Städtchen Sremski Karlovci ist wie in einem Märchen. Hotel befindet sich direkt im Zentrum, daneben ein China - Laden, in dem alles mögliche verkauft wird, drum herum mehrere Restaurants, Cafe und Apotheke. Bis Novi Sad 15 -20 min. mit Auto oder Taxi, man kann auch mit dem Bus, fährt auch in der Nähe. Nur ein Punkt Abzug wegen der Sache, die für mich persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Ich habe ein Hotel mit Pool gesucht, was besonders wichtig ist - mit einem warmen Pool. Es gibt 2 Pools im Hotel, der Größere mit etwas warmem Wasser, aber auch nicht zu sehr. Whirpool ist allerdings richtig kalt. Ich bin eigentlich an etwas anderes gewöhnt: der große Pool ist mit Raumtemperatur, Whirpool immer warm. Zumindest überall, wo ich bis jetzt war. Es war noch Sommer, deswegen konnten wir noch die Pools benutzen, aber ansonsten... Bevor ich etwas buche, lese ich immer sehr viele Bewertungen, doch nirgendwo stand etwas über Pools. Mein großer Wunsch: dass die Besitzer zu nächstem Saison doch wenigstens ein Pool mit warmem Wasser machen. Ich würde gerne noch und nochmal dieses Hotel besuchen! Ansonsten gibt aus meiner Sicht nichts zu meckern und ich bedanke mich bei dem freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Hotelstaff von ganzem Herzen! Spasibo tebe, Serbia ot Rossii!

the best part of the experience was the friendliness of the girls at the check in desk. They are amazing, very proactive and ready to help you in anything you need.

Fabulous and clean rooms, perfect spa, warmy sauna :), great massage and very kind girls who work there. I think we will cime back, next time with kids. ♥️ I recommend an antistress package - we tried it and enjoyed in it.

kleines Hotel mit allem was man braucht, top.

Situated in the centre of Sremski Karlovci, where everything is within walking distance. We visited a lot of vineyards and cellars on foot. The reception lady is very friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions of where/which cellars to visit. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated. The "a la carte" breakfast service was horrible, we had to wait for 25mins for some boiled frankfurter and unpeeled fruits. Not a 5 star hotel, 4 more like.

Hotel is nice, in the center of this small city, but it is more of a 4*, not really a 5* hotel. The staff was nice, gave us their parking ticket so we did not have to pay for it ourselves.
