Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil dans cette maison , le personnel est au petits soins et il essaie vraiment de combler vos souhaits et vos attentes. C'est la première fois que je donne un avis sur internet. Je souhaitais le faire afin de valoriser ce travail ainsi que l'image de cette belle région.

L’Accueil est chaleureux, l’hôtel est très bien équipé, entretenu, situé au cœur de srinagar, le personnel est toujours présent pour nous aider, nous indiqué des informations, nous reviendrons en 2024.

Best hotel i have ever seen in Srinagar kashmir I am loving it best of the thing is food and the staff of restaurant and housekeeping they serve us with smile , rooms are very neat and clean, everything is simply awesome i recommend everyone to come here Thank you team Elaf Residency

Good Experiences Friendly and supportive staffs tasty food good ambiance hotel location is superb neat and clean room bathroom . Mr Mushtaq in canteen area is so supportive staff. Good to stay with family and children.Hotel security is good.

The experience was good with the staff stay experience was also good clean room and a good a**osphere to stay would recommend staff was good and food was also good basic essentials are available around the hotel area check in experience was great and I would definitely recommend it

Highly recommended hotel. Rooms are clean. Good surroundings. Can enjoy a view of himalayas. Food taste is super and beyond the expectations. Staff are very friendly and has a great service. Anyone can enjoy a peaceful stay here. Enjoyed the Srinagar trip a lot.

This hotel iz best to stay, also friendly stop as well as all hotel members treats us friendly, Food was amazing, yummy, decisions, again .
