Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

Outstanding staff and service is very nice... Ambience also good.... Must visit this hottel when go to Srinagar... Visit once.. Zahoorbhai is very good person... Food also very good here... Chef is also good.... Rooms are also good.. cleanliness and gym, kids play area also nice...

Great hotel and amazing people. They provide complementary breakfast even for pints booking. They gave us a good upgrade as part of gold membership. Their welcome drink ‘Kahwa’ was amazing. Chefs in the hotel were always helpful. Please note they also have waffles on the LIVE counter. We found that only on the 4 day of our stay. They also pack breakfast for you if you’re leaving early. Awesome experience!!

We returned to Kashmir this past Spring and chose to stay at this hotel. We were quickly moved to a different room once we requested. Azhar Pirzada and Mubashir at the front desk were very helpful. They helped us with getting around with reservations and dinner trip in the town. The restaurant staff was also very courteous and helped us with our special requests. Fir in the dining area even started the breakfast early so that we were fed before checking out early on the day of our departure. Appreciated the housing staff who took care of all our needs and also helped with getting our shoes cleaned.

The hotel exteriors are not great but indoors are pleasant. The staff is exemplary in their attitude to making guests comfortable. The normal rooms are average but we hot upgraded to the Deluxe rooms which were spacious and well furnished . The bathroom was better and spacious. The only negative is road noise in the rooms facing the main road. Buffet is very average but a la carte meals were very good thanks to Chef Wasim Khan and his team who made sure we enjoyed every meal.. Service was great and special mention of Sharif and Wahid who looked after us.
