納茲喀什米爾豪華船屋(Naaz Kashmir Houseboat)

No WiFi, no TV, No fruit basket, no tea coffee sachets, no light in the room in the morning because someone forgets to switch over from genset, no shikara ride at the end even if you ask for it, no sweets after dinner ( you have to de***d it), no size 10 boat slippers ( they are too small for a size 10 ***), no shower cap, very cold dining room even though they started the Bukhari, no hot water to wash your hands after dinner (water was damn cold), all food gravy was the same ( add chicken or aloo or cauliflower, you have 3 dishes with same gravy), awful breakfast (poha was tasting as if it was kept in freezer and thawed, Upma was a lump, Kashmiri bread was a brick and cold) etc. I can go on and on but this was disappointing. Did we complain? It was an awful experience and we regretted booking this one. Location was ghat 7 of Nigeen lake

Excellent stay hospitality food…***ager Irfan Harish Lateef were so cooperative made our stay fully enjoyable and comfortable..definitely recommend other to stay ..overall excellent…upper deck area was so cool we enjoyed a beautiful evening there

It's a quaint & beautiful stay. The wooden carvings give you a luxurious feel. The sunset from the upper deck is mesmerizing. It's very quiet and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and warm with their service. The rooms are clean and cozy. Overall it's a wonderful experience. Wish we had more time here. Thank you Naaz Kashmir 👍🏻☺️

Top notch hospitality. Fantastic maintenance. Excellent rooms. Good food. Good Views. Enjoyed sitting on the upper deck of the houseboat and reading my books as the sun came down gradually by 7-730 in the night. Comparatively cleaner than other dal lake house boats Shall love to come again :)

Been here in april last of 2024. This place is honeslty a heart taking place. When i reached i got upset after seeing the entrance but when i entered it was just wow. Welcomed with the pure organic kahwah and a breifed detail about the history of the houseboat. Then we have seen the deck which is also mesmerising as we can see the entire lake from there. After that we checked in into the room which is above my highest expectation. A luxurious room with very high comfort and modern amenities. Now lets come to the best part which is food. I can guarantee that nobody can serve that kind of food specially in houseboat category. I would visit again very soon and will always stay at Naaz.

Extremely poor experience - one of the places with the worst hygiene that we noted in our entire 10 day Kashmir trip. From dirty water in the room water heaters, hairballs in food, absolutely stained towels, the story kept getting worse. Also at the price that they charged, it was literally of bo value. The location is quiet and nice in the beautiful Nigeen lake, but that's where the good part ends. PS: The pictures on the website and portals definitely do not reflect reality, so please consider with a pinch of salt.

We stayed on this houseboat for 1 night. It was well maintained inside. Located in a peaceful place away from other congested areas. Staff was very friendly. Room and washroom were clean. Food was tasty too. It has air heater also available which can be used in cold weather. Overall a nice experience to get.

Beautiful houseboat with exquisite kashmiri wood work. Deck was absolutely charming place to enjoy panoramic view of Nigeen Lake and sunsets. Irfaan and staff were amazing. They took care of all the needs to make our stay comfortable. Meals were tasty and served hot. Had opportunity to experience Wazwan on the deck. The owner, Feroz, went extra mile to make our special day more memorable by organising cake & candlelight dinner on deck for us.
