Room was spacious and at a very good location near Dal lake. Room was clean and maintain well too.

Замечательный отель, весьма достойный для Кашмира! Тихий район, свой охраняемый участок земли, просторный номер, вкусная кухня (рум-сервис присутствует), радушный и улыбчивый персонал. Почти вплотную к территории гостиницы примыкает таксопарк, а за ним следом скопище моторикш. Беру данный отель на заметку, и вернусь сюда обязательно ближе к лету!

Ausum stay beautiful rooms and garden are really ausum with lovely roses rooms are neat and clean and great hospitality

Stay in hotel nice and comfortable. Housekeeping in very good and rooms are spacious. In breakfast some more items can be included otherwise it quite good. Outside lawn is nicely maintained and quite spacious parking area

Stay is so good, property location is to easy as per google map, some item teast is to good but some item are to expainceve and very bed teast and quality.

It was a decent stay, good for the value. The hospitality of staff was also very nice, staff is very helpful. The location is near to dal lake and other markets which makes it even better.

The property is located in a very serene location. However the food provided could have been better. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. There seemed to be a shortage of staff too for any room service related queries.

A good hotel to spend your days in srinagar. A warm reception, well behaved staffs, good n large n clean rooms, good room service, good buffet spread. Overall a great experience. Value for money of-course

The worst stay we had in the whole kashmir trip. For some reason they were completely unprepared and unwilling to set up a room for three despite of booking two months in prior and fully paying for it. Finally got slab of rocks as mattresses for extra beds. After much bickering and shouting got extra comforters and pillows. Staff was just lazy and uncooperative about everything we asked for (re-heating packed food, asking for essentials etc) to be honest the place overall isn't worth the price at all.
