房間乾淨，床舒服，前台説明得很仔細，早餐也很好吃，離小鎮5分鐘的路程，bury很nice，下次去還會住這家酒店

Excellent hôtel, très calme, chambres spacieuses et propres à la literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner très varié et avantageux. Personnel très agréable. Seul problème rencontré : la sécurité de l’ultimate wi-fi est incomplète et tout bon logiciel de protection devrait dissuader l’usager d’un ordinateur de s’y connecter. A noter que le problème ne provient probablement pas de l’hôtel lui-même mais du fournisseur de contrôle d’accès, qui affiche une connexion https qui ne résiste pas aux vérifications d'un logiciel de protection standard.

This premier inn is ok, spent only one night, but for what it cost I would have expected a better room. The parking is a bit of an issue, on arrival the machine was not working and when we had to pay online it was charging us for 48 hours instead of 24, swiftly sorted out by the girl on the desk who told us to pay up to 3pm on day we arrived and don’t worry about it. The room itself was quite big with everything you need like tv and hairdryer etc and of course the bed which was very comfortable. BUT…the room had a strange smell to it which smelt like a strong odour of sweat , to the point where we had to go out and buy some febreeze to rid the smell for when we came back in the evening. The headboard looked like it had seen better days as well. The bathroom although clean and tidy with a warm shower needs a tile refit as with the room as it’s looking more tired than we were. Breakfast was good with all the essentials on offer and very tasty. We could have, and perhaps should have, complained about the room but as we were only staying one night we just put up with it.

Over the past year I have stayed at both of the towns hotels. The difference in atmosphere is incredible. The A14 hotel is relaxing and welcoming; I was even welcomed by who I have later found out was the hotel manager! Sophia I think. This used to be the same at the town hotel, however is no longer the case. They now seem to have a high turnover of staff and you can cut the atmosphere with a knife. I don’t know what has caused the high staff turnover and bad atmosphere at the Town hotel however the reason for this needs to be addressed. I would thoroughly recommend staying at the A14 hotel if you want a pleasant experience. The rooms are smaller and menu more limited but more than made up for by the service provided.

This Premier Inn is good value for the money and convenient for walking to destinations within the community.

Firstly let me just say that I’m a big fan of Premier Inn hotels. They, 99% of the time, offer great value and great service. This one in Bury St Edmunds did not disappoint, have stayed in this one before so we knew what to expect, and this time we booked a Premier Room as the price difference was minimal. Room was great, I think a bit bigger than standard rooms with a few added extras. Mini Fridge is a great addition, Premium Wi-fi as standard (surprisingly quick as well), much improved Shower, proper coffee machine. The only slight ****** is there was only 1 usb charging port, I’m sure in the refit they could have put a few more in. Breakfast was alright, not sure if it’s worth the £9.99 charge but for convenience sake it’s perfect. We always do the early check-in option, £10.00 is worth every penny as it saves waiting in a big queue come 3pm and you can dump your stuff in the room and get exploring a lot easier. The one big complaint I have is that they have introduced a £9.00 overnight parking charge, that wasn’t mentioned when I booked a few weeks ago and the first I knew of this was on the pre-arrival email received the night before. But that was the only real complaint. We will be back to this one, and other Premier inn hotels have already been booked around the country for this year and into next.

Very comfortable room although we were put in a ground floor disabled room so there was nowhere high enough to hang long dresses or trousers, also there was nowhere to put a cup of tea on a small table - only a large desk in the corner of the room, we did ask for one but there weren't any available. Also there was only one bedside table. We had great service in the restaurant both nights and at breakfast, special mention to Mariia and George who were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We would stay again.

The hotel is nice . Room was as expected and all good. Location is near the cathedral which is handy. Lovely walk into town. We have stayed before and parking always free but now it’s £9 a night (only introduced the day before we came!) and you only get til noon the next day so can’t leave your car to explore the town anymore. Such a shame

Stayed here as it is a great location for the Town centre and cathedral, Very comfortable rooms , excellent staff .Stay was value for money and I would stay here again.

Having stayed here on a good number of occasions over several years we were very disappointed at the noticeable falling standards and the increasing costs. Staff shortages were noticeable at reception and in the restaurant and the attention to repairing broken items in our room has never happened before. Also the introduction of car parking charges for guests, at an already highly priced hotel is concerning, particularly as standards are apparently slipping at the same time. Please buck your ideas up Premier Inns

The Premier Plus room I booked was only marginally better than a standard room. If Premier Plus is available I always book that because of accessing the low level showers. In this case the bathroom had an over the bath shower and the room itself seemed no different than standard. The bedroom had no drawers and my clothes had to be left out. The hanging space was minimal as was the the desk space which was 50% occupied by tea & coffee facilities. Quite simply, it was the worst Premier Inn experience I have had. I took photographs to support what I have said. Hotel management said the hotel was full and were unable to assist.

Lovely hotel in great position has aircon standard premier inn kept clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant
