This is a dated property, in need of renovation. All night (and I mean all night) there was heavy walking in the room above us. I'd blame the restless walker, but the flooring is a thin vinyl that can't do much to dampen sound. And the walls did little to mute the thumping club beat coming from across the street till 1:30am. Customers must pay extra for "premium" wi-fi?" That also seems rather dated. The light on the thermostat is daylight bright, and the only way to block it is to turn off the AC...which isn't ideal in the desert. I thought I might get sleep in the early morning, but the dogs barking in the hallway at 6am made that unlikely - followed by more walking upstairs. Took a shower and the water (we were on the second floor, mind you) was about as powerful as a drip line; and the temperature fluctuated wildly. I dislike negative reviews. People try. But when you slap the Marriott name on this property and charge more than most properties in St. George, you ought to deliver. (Also, it seems the system ought to be capable of handling reservations made through ******* by now; they had to run three of our cards -- one of them four times. The courteous but frustrated desk clerk mentioned that the system had problems with ******* reservations.)

I stayed in room 215 whatever was above or below my room made my entire bed shake like there was an earthquake. I actually woke up several times to google and see if there was an earthquake in St. George after a while. I realize that it had something to do with the building maybe a garage door or a giant set of double door. I’m not sure but it shook my entire room and it was awful.

There's no on sight parking, they do have overpriced valet parking and a public parking garage about a block away. The lobby was very nice and the staff was courteous. The room was in fairly good condition. The lamp in the corner was busted. The cabinet door for dresser unit was also ever so slightly broken. The shower was nice, however, the showerhead was about 30% clogged with calcium buildup. Despite the amenities listing a soundproof room and Netflix, people in the hallway and other rooms could easily be heard and you were required have your own Netflix account and sign in with it to use it. It didn't feel like a $360 room(which is what I paid), more like a $200-$250 room.

The water in the bathroom faucet smelled like sulfur or the sewer. And the showerhead was corroded from hard water, both the overhead showerhead and the handheld showerhead.

This property is not up to the standard of an Autograph hotel.

Must Stay! We found this charming hotel while traveling from CO to CA. It was the perfect retreat in the middle of a long road trip. Welcoming staff, beautiful lobby, excellent dinner, amazing, clean room with the best bathroom ever! Highly recommend!

Great stay, we will be back. I love hotels that I can travel with my dogs to, but a $75/pet fee is insane.

The hotel was very clean and located on Main Street, so close to what is left of downtown St George. Bar area a little utilitarian, it was probably the bright cold lights turned up too high and the food was average but the staff super friendly and the rooms are nice so would probably go back. Nice roof top deck with hot tub also.

Going back! Location in town is great. Lots of places to walk to. The lobby smells amazing and is gorgeous. The restaurant is outstanding. Get the gnocchi. The room was spacious, attractive, and comfy.
