豐收酒店(Harvest Inn)

Our stay was fine not great, there was a spider in our bed on arrival. My biggest issue is we unfortunately missed our first night there due to unforeseen delays in travel due to our plane being rerouted and having to stay overnight at a different airport before they put us on a flight the next morning. I contacted the hotel twice that evening to let them know about our delay. I waited to ask about a refund because 1) I thought naively of course that they may not charge me since we didn't stay and 2) I was already frustrated with the airline I wanted to wait so i could enjoy my trip. I reached out post trip to request a refund for just the one night we missed but since I checked in online( way before I knew we would've be making it) they could not do anything about it. Very disappointed in this response and the inflexibility of properties acting like its not 2024 and we cant eqsily refund someones money. Not recommended stay somewhere else and do not use early check in unless you know yoir flight will make it.

Our favorite Napa Valley place to stay. Lots of nice extras, staff remembers our favorite table and breakfast order. Beautiful spot. Convenient yet quiet. Driver to wine country sites, free wine tasting with nearby wineries. Just perfect. Great room, pretty property, fireplace. Romantic!

The grounds are beautiful, and our room was spacious just right for the 2 of us. The hotel provides transportation within 4 miles which is great since Lyft/Uber isn’t reliable out in this area. Lots of special touches like a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, plenty of water, and specific winery tastings included! Most of all the bartender, Alexis, was amazing. We will be back!

Great staff, amazing location. Easy parking. Decent gym. Beautiful grounds. Nice firepits near lobby. Great communications from staff (e.g. texting to ask about questions). Helpful shuttle! Only thing is when the heat kicks on it makes a clicking noise so maybe wear earplugs to sleep but otherwise room was great.

We had a blast during our visit there. The hotel is beautiful and spacious. They love dogs! Our room which was a vineyard room, had a great view and open deck to the land. It was so convenient. Some small issues, our fireplace was not working properly. We will definitely come back! Thank you Harvest Inn!

Our experience was very amazing, the staff was so welcoming from the second we got there. Stayed in the Vineyard View room with the hot tub and the view in person is everything and more! It was a great experience start to finish. Loved how it was a home away from home experience and still felt very elegant at the same time. Will definitely be coming back during our next trip to Napa!

It is my very favorite hotel EVER!! And I do travel a lot!! I was a little disappointed however when I got there. I paid a substantial price for a really nice, vineyard room with a king and a pull out bed. Although they did change it after I said something, I was originally given a very small vineyard room (I believe room 147) without a pull out bed that definitely wouldn’t have been worth the money I paid. Just disappointed that they tried to pass that off to me in the first place, especially since all the large vacant rooms were mostly all unoccupied! I’m just glad I remembered what I did reserve and paid for because I do go away a lot and don’t always remember what I reserve and rely on the integrity of the hotel. That aside however, the Harvest Inn is truly a magical place!! Infact I had my wedding there in April of 2022!
