Tem um bom restorante, ligado com hotel. O quarto foi muiti comfortavel, todas as facilidades funcionaram bem. Os funcionarios muito amigaveis e eficientes. Nao era disponivel a limpesa regular do quarto, era necessario de pedir. Dizeram, que por causa do covid.

Staff were minimal, not a lot of service offered. Staff was friendly, but understaffed for hotel and ****** part. Some weird smells in hotel, but the room itself was very good.

Absolutely would not recommend staying, rooms do not look as they are advertised. Very very dirty!

Air conditioner kept us awake all night and they only have double beds when it calls for a single bed room! If only one bed it should at least be a queen size and keep double beds for single occupants. Too warm to be in a double bed or I would have shut off ac to sleep better. Also the door was very dirty. We like the location because it’s close to the doctors we see when we come to the city so it would be nice to see some upgrades for the rates we pay!

The smell of the room was horrible. I had a hard time sleeping in the room due to the smell. The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a used facecloth on the shower curtain rod from the previous occupants, that was kind of disgusting.

Had a great stay. Staying here again when in the area.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to St. John’s!!

We booked a dog friendly room for xmas eve and xmas day. We were pleasantly surprised that the owners had left us a complementary turkey dinner for each of us to reheat at our convenience because the restaurant was obviously closed xmas day and it was delicious and so appreciated. Staff were excellent.

I lost my key and they gave me another one free of charge. For my first independent stay at a hotel, it was an amazing one with such an amazing price. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for such an amazing stay in St John’s

Despite being an older property, i found it to be extremely comfortable. The renovations in the rooms are great. The gentleman who checked me in and was at the desk most times during my stay was very friendly and nice. The quality for the value is unmatched in any other hotel in St. John's. The beds are beyond comfortable and I slept amazing suring my three nights.

I stayed here Saturday October 22. Room Two days later I was on antibiotics!!! Filthy hotel. Something bite me. 2 spots on left arm, 2 areas on my back, and 1 huge bite on my right Elbow. My doctor has no idea what bit me. Avoid this filthy hotel!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the spirit of good old England. The oldest hotel in the oldest city in North America! Historical place.
